I've never had a worse experience with a pharmacy in my entire life than this place. Absolutely abysmal service and competence. Weeks of back and forth. Every time I went in I was told it would be ready the following day. The next day they had no idea who I was and told me the same thing "we will get it ready by tomorrow." Then again, next day it wasn't ready and I had to do the whole thing over and over again. I tried for THREE WEEKS. Finally just went to a new pharmacy. Got it same day. I'd recommend no one transfer their meds to this pharmacy. read more

I can usually tolerate the long wait for the pharmacy since the people, in general, are friendly. My last experience though with the photo department was awful. We were dropping off FedEx packages which we had done numerous times before and normally the employee knew which barcode to scan on the package so that we would receive a text message saying the package was ready to be picked up by the FedEx driver. This last time, a different lady was at the Photo department and was rude and acted like we were bothering her. We were dropping off 10 packages since it was before Christmas and the lady was scanning the wrong barcode (the USPS barcode at the bottom). FedEx would perform the transport and USPS would make the final delivery. After she scanned, we didn't receive any text messages. She kept asking us for our telephone number and acted annoyed. We told her she was scanning the non-FedEx barcode, but she told us she knew what she was doing. We ended up taking our packages directly to FedEx which was in Rocklin. Also, when we complained to the lady at the cash register, she said, "Well, we don't have to receive packages for FedEx and that they were doing us a favor." We mentioned this to the FedEx manager at their store. Seriously thinking about transferring our pharmacy elsewhere now so we won't have to go to this Walgreens ever again. read more

This is my neighborhood Walgreens and I really like this store ! My issue is the pharmacy so my review is only for the pharmacy. I went to Walgreens to pick up my son's medication. There was nobody in the desk to help everybody was I believe getting the prescriptions ready for other people and there was another person helping a drive-through car. I waited maybe 10 minutes or so and there was nobody in line but me. Once somebody finally helped me they said my prescription was not ready and it would take 20 minutes and I understand so I stuck around shopped a little bit waited for 20 minutes. When I went back after the 20 minutes, there was a huge line and I waited 40 minutes to pick up the prescription I don't know if they're understaffed but waiting 40 minutes it's not OK.. read more

Nothing like waiting in line behind 2 cars for 1.5 hours and they are probably like me- place a refill (very common and simplistic med (beta blocker) that requested refill 3 WEEKS AGO, came back weekly, it will be ready in an hour, it will be ready in an hour, etc for 3 weeks!! Had to visit this pharmacy 4 times to obtain a vaccine. They keep claiming there was no prescription, then I brought in a prescription from my doctor and they claimed it was an "order". My wife had the same issue so after 2 times we decided to go to the CVS in Target and they agreed the document was in fact a prescription and they added it to their system. Hopefully Walgreens corporate notices these issues from many customers or this location will likely fold when competition arrives. read more

Well here I am again with a horrible 3rd experience at this Walgreens pharmacy. Put my Rx refill in via phone TWO weeks ago. Came in one week later knowing how slow this pharmacy is. RX not in and they told me to come back in two days. Come back in two days and nope still no RX. They say call in two days and see if it's ready as we should get a shipment Saturday. I give it an extra day and call Sunday. Pharmacist says we don't get shipments Saturday la nor Sundays. Should be in tomorrow/monday. Here I am Monday 8/26/24 5:25pm. I go through the drive though and it's NOT here. I took my last pill today. This is a patient safety issue and Walgreens pharmacy should be shut down due to poor practices and placing patients at risk. I plan to find a way to report them. read more

In fairness, my review is for the drive-thru pharmacy. Today I waited 55 minutes in line and typically it's well over half an hour each time I go. I recognize that staffing can be an issue during these challenging times but the management needs to address this issue and seek more realistic solutions to prevent waiting for close to an hour for a prescription. read more

Walgreens doesn't even deserve one star. Specifically this location, but have had problems at other locations as well. Every time I go for a refill they say they don't have an approval from my doctor, so I call my doctor and they verify they have sent it, so I drive all the way back to Walgreens and they tell me they have the approval and will get it ready, when I go back to pick up they tell me they don't have approval again. We go in circles and they still can't figure it out. So incredibly frustrating. It is every time and every prescription. I will be moving all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy right away. read more

This is a typical Walgreens with the standard merchandise consisting of what you would expect to find in drugs, cosmetics, sundries, cold drinks, snacks, seasonal items, etc., and if you are lucky, some great bargains. I was able to locate a recently hard to find item which still dumbfound's me as to why. I needed my CeraVe foaming face wash for oily to normal skin. They had them in smaller bottles, but I was relieved to find them, so of course, I bought two! Leave it to Walgreens to establish themselves conveniently located near the Sun City Lincoln community, just a short driving distance from my parent's house. Kind of a long drive for me, but I was happy to swing by during my weekly visit. They just seem to carry a little bit of everything which is important for my skin care survival! read more

Ever since COVID, this Walgreens has been a nightmare to work with. First and foremost, who's bright idea was it to have the one drive-thru line double as a COVID testing spot AND a prescription pickup spot? I understand if people want to remain in their car to get tested. Have another window or system so that they can be tested and people wanting to pickup medicine are not forced to wait 30+ minutes. Every time I come here, even when I try to do it during quieter hours, it's a 30-40 minute drive-thru line. For the last five times now, I've had my requested prescription refill just forgotten about. I try it on their horrific automated phone system? It doesn't get done. I try it on their website? Nope. I try and call? Half of my attempts go ignored and the few that pick up simply go 'We'll fill it now' days past the promised pick-up time. Do not tell me 'it'll be ready in two hours' if I go to the window days after I was told it would be prepared. read more

Walgreens is having issues as a whole due to loss. I ordered an online delivery and three of the four products weee out but not in their inventory. The growing theft issue is impacting the Lincoln store. Slaps on the hands are not the deterrents needed to stop this issue which is now affecting Lincoln residents. read more

I truly feel sorry for the workers here. Rating is not against them, but management. This location is severely understaffed. A handful of times I had to wait a few minutes for someone to check me out. Not because there was a line, but because there was no employees at the register. From what I saw, there was ONE worker literally running around the whole store stocking the aisles, developing pictures, cleaning, then eventually running back to the register to check me out. The prescription department is even worse. Drive thru has taken me 1 whole hour on a number of occasions. Going inside the store isn't any better. A few times now they were closed even when they should be open! This Walgreens is wasting everyone time. Don't bother going to this store. read more

Seems like the pharmacy is no good! I've called 10 different pharmacies looking for who has my sons medication. Everyone seems to be out of stock. Walgreens pharmacy was the 6th pharmacy I called. The lady asked what the medication was so I told her. She then says the doctor needs to call them and ask. Like what? You can't just tell me if it's in stock and then I can call my dr and switch the prescription to you? She says no. Crazy why would I bother my sons doctor to call them just to see if it's in stock. Anybody have any idea what's been going on with the pharmacy here? It was totally normal for like 10 years then about 6 months ago, it completely flew off the rails. My 4 prescriptions somehow randomly lost their synch, so now I have to go 4 separate times per month to pick them up. At one point they also randomly lost their auto fill, which took multiple requests to get resolved. Lately, the auto fill order gets placed....it just doesn't get filled, which means I have to show up in person and wait anywhere from 15-45 mins in line (seriously, I time my wait times on my iPhone times now) only to be told to wait another hour for a prescription that should have been filled 5 days ago. This week, I went on Monday and stood in line in person to request a refill (don't even think about calling-- you'll be on hold literally all day) and was told "I'll put it in right now and it will be ready in 2 hours." After receiving no follow up, I went back in today and stood in line for 15 mins only to be told that it needed to be put in and would be ready in 2 hours. I went back in 2 hours and waited another 35 mins in line. I've been told multiple times that they're understaffed, but this is totally wild. read more

This is my neighborhood Walgreens and where I get all my prescriptions. There's plenty of parking and the store is always super clean and pretty well stocked considering. The customer service at this store is really great, cashiers are friendly, and will help you find what you need, and if they don't have something, they'll try to figure out where you can find it. Really over and above, but super appreciated during this time of unexpected supply chain struggles. They usually have great after holiday discounts tagged the day before, so it's a great place for deals! Pro tip, the photo and make up counters have call buttons so you don't have to go look for someone. I've found that they're always pretty quick to respond and are very helpful. I use the app to print to the store all the time and have never had a problem! Ok, the pharmacy. Like all others, corporate, or whoever, did them dirty. This facility does have an exam room for vaccines and whatnot, but there is zero space to wait. There is suppose to be a line for prescriptions and vaccines, but it's often co-mingled, so ask which line is correct so you don't end up waiting in the wrong one. Seriously, with the added responsibilities and customers in the store corporate needs to do something to allow for social distancing and waiting, and for the staff to do their jobs. The drive through line is the testing site, so be aware that if you're going to pick up prescriptions, it's going to be a much longer wait time than pre-pandemic. If you have small kids it's a great place to let them nap while you scroll though.... So that's a bonus for sure. Finally, and super importantly, the staff giving the kids 5+ vaccines here are AMAZING! kind, quick, and good at distraction. Not one kid left that exam room in tears which made it a LOT easier for all moms to take the next kid inside. When we were there you could get a picture printed for free, which was super helpful since after waiting for the appointment, you then have to wait around for 15 minutes. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the vaccine crew there. It's madness for sure, but they were making the best out of a really crummy situation. read more

I made an appointment using Walgreen's online appointment system to get Covid, RSV & Flu vaccinations. Appointment was made & Walgreen's sent me reminders about it. Arrived at appointment & was told that the pharmacy did not have Covid or RSV vaccines. None of that was communicated to me before. That's poor customer service & poor management. I rarely give a 1 star to any service but after another one hour wait at the 12 Bridges understaffed and undertrained pharmacy I am done. Three different times with the same prescription and the staff does not fill on time nor do they know how to apply a discount provided in writing by the provider. Then they tell me I have to wait another 2 hours for them to get in straightened out because they are again understaffed. I even took the documentation into them because I knew this was going to happen again. I gave them enough chances and too much of my time waiting in their lines to give them any more. Whoever is in charge of this pharmacy should be fired. No one EVER answers the phone! Every time I try to fill a prescription I get a text message hours later that there is a billing issue, can't call to ask why since no one answers the phone so I have to drive down there, and magically when I get there, there is no issue hut now I have to wait 30 minutes. They don't process the automated monthly prescriptions either. They always say they are short staffed but I have stood in line for 30 minutes and watched 4 of them them huddled together chatting.
