Shithead employees..Been in here several times and the bar couldn't go any lower. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Gas prices are way higher, but no gas station beats their excellent customer service and no crowded lines here.

Too bad their gas prices aren't comparable to their competitor across the street.

CVS is my go-to pharmacy because it's the only one where my insurance gives me full coverage…read more Believe me, if I had a choice, I would go somewhere else. I use prescription eyedrops for a chronic eye condition. My insurance would not let me order a refill until 11/13. Things got busy; I ordered it on 11/15. My last refill ran out on 11/16. They filled the order on 11/16 but did not send their customary notification until 11/18, and then the message header did not identify either the drug or the sender; in my phone's long list of incoming texts, it looked just like spam. So I didn't read it until 11/19, after I checked the order status on CVS's web site as preparation for calling them to ask why the shell they hadn't done anything yet. The previous time I ordered it as soon as the insurance would let me, which again was only a day or two before I ran out. CVS's computer informed me that it was very sorry, they were temporarily out of stock, but they'd get it in Real Soon Now. The prescription was not new then. They knew I was likely to reorder it, and they knew when almost to the day; couldn't they make sure they'd have it in stock when I needed it, instead of doing nothing, then scrambling to get it not-much- too-late? No... that's too much to ask. Every time I refill this prescription I seem to end up with no drug for a few days, for one reason or another. I'm profoundly unimpressed.

If you have 4-6 cars ahead of you, you can guarantee a 40-50 minute wait time sitting in line until you get served. Fast food drive thru's take less time to give you your food! So it begs the question: WTF is taking so long to get your prescription! My wife and I are over this and are thinking we wouldn't mind paying a little more for prescriptions if they take this long. The wait times inside the store are even more atrocious!

On Friday, April 3, 2026, I bought two gift cards $25 ea. The cashier said they didn't activate and…read moreshe said to grab two more cards, that they were tampered with. I grabbed two more cards. Still no activation. I asked about the receipt on the first one, and she said it would be emailed to me. She gave me the second receipt and said I would be refunded through my bank. I checked my banking statement and the charges went straight through. I went back in and asked the manager for a refund. They refused saying the charges would disappear. They didn't. I went back 6 days later and talked to another store manager. She said there was nothing she could do and would not refund my money. She noticed on the receipt that it said I was cashed out $50 and a statement saying Payment has been refunded. I never received my money. I disputed the charges through my bank and they told me that wasn't right, that I paid for things that I never received. I realized that I was scammed, the cashier probably took the money. I went back to Walgreens and talked to a line supervisor, no manager was available. She denied the scam and said there was something wrong with their cash registers and they knew about the problem. She said I could get my money back the next day when a manager was there. I told her I already disputed it. Please be careful buying gift cards here or anywhere for that matter. If this happens don't leave until you get a refund! I found this scam online: This scenario describes a theft where a cashier illegally keeps cash after falsely claiming a gift card failed to activate. Immediately report this as employee theft to store management, demand a refund with your receipt, and contact law enforcement. If refused, dispute the charge with your bank, as you did not receive the product. Immediate Actions to Take: Do Not Leave the Store: Ask for a manager or supervisor immediately. Demand the Receipt & Card: Keep all documents, including the activation slip or activation error receipt. Report the Cashier: Clearly state that the cashier took the cash after a "failed" transaction. Contact Law Enforcement: If the manager cannot resolve it, report the incident to local police, as this is theft.

I went into A.M.P.M. this morning around 9 A.M. to purchase a Long Cut Natural Premium Wood. Before…read morepaying, I specifically asked the cashier and attendant to please make sure the wood was soft and fresh -- not dry or unusable. They assured me it was fine. The moment I got to my car and opened it, I found it was completely dried out and crumbling -- basically unusable. Frustrated, I walked right back in and asked for an exchange. Without even checking or acknowledging the issue, the employee flat-out told me, "No." When I asked to speak with a manager or if there was someone I could contact, I was first told there was no manager. Then I was randomly given the name "Bobby" and handed the store's general phone number -- something I could've easily looked up myself. No accountability, no effort to make it right, and no regard for the customer experience. It's absolutely unacceptable to sell expired or subpar products without any quality control, and then hide behind a no-return policy when your customers get ripped off. This experience was the last straw. I will never shop at A.M.P.M. again and will strongly discourage anyone I know from going there either. You've lost my business -- permanently.
