What really stands out to me is the customer service. The employees here are friendly, helpful, and professional. I've been to several other Costco locations around the Bay Area, and unfortunately, the customer service hasn't always been as good. At some locations, employees seem more focused on talking with their coworkers during checkout or while working their shifts, and customers can sometimes feel overlooked. I really appreciate the employees at this location for being welcoming and attentive. It makes a big difference in the overall shopping experience, and this is one of the Costco locations I enjoy coming back to.

I had sat my other 4 items at the closed register counter to stay out of other customers way. As I returned the cashier very nice young man name Tim had taken it to his register for me. Then he reminded me of my kickback card that I love having; checked me out with bagged items. I am handicapped and much easier carrying in a bag. Easy to pull your car in and maneuver as you need to. They have a bank of detail stations so you can vacuum your own car if you need to. There is also a Burger King here. The gas prices were in line with everywhere else nearby. The car was was great! Our car looked brand new when we were done and it is way better than the car wash by our house. I've been frequently walking to and from my house, and always come by as a regular from 2021, so I like that it's always clean and organized each and every time I come by. This location features a touchless car wash, which offers the unlimited car wash subscription on their PM app. There's an ATM inside too if you so need for handy situations. I adore the lime green branding color and the stylish signs they have inside, it feels really cozy and straightforward. The workers are also lovely each time too, as I like making small talk. I have been living in this part of Roseville since we moved from the South Bay in 2001 and we finally have a grocery store nearby. Up to this point our closest grocery store was Raley's on Woodcreek Oaks. I am excited over this new Safeway location (just across CVS)... it is convenient for quick grocery shopping. They just opened a month ago in March 2025 and it seems to be always busy when I pass by on Pleasant Grove... my first time shopping inside was for their $5 Friday deals. They ran out quickly of the item I wanted and waited 15 mins for a fresh batch of fried chicken. Next time I'll stop by at another less busy Safeway for these deals (I have two other locations to choose from coming home from work). There are plenty friendly workers to assist. Next to an in-house Starbucks kiosk is a seating area. The bathrooms are also located here. This Safeway has a connecting fuel station. Review #3750
