Besides the countless times I've had strangers asking me for some money while I'm pumping gas during the day or evenings, this is probably one of the best affordable gas stations in the Roseville area that is conveniently located off of I-80/DOUGLAS BLVD WEST exit. You can get your air pumped in your tires for free by asking the attendant inside to turn it on. Remember everyone: air for your tires are always free and you don't need to ever pay for it in California (there should be a sign posted on each air pump, but some gas stations don't always have it displayed). After filling up on gas for your car, you can conveniently drive through a $12 Ultimate TOUCHLESS CARWASH, which power washes and gets all that dirt, dust, bird poop and whatever off your vehicle. Best of all, you'll finish with a spotless quick rinse and 90 seconds of blow drying! 90 SECONDS PEOPLE! Now that's what I call Express Service! This is a nice, clean location with well stocked coolers and hot food warmers, but sales areas for scratcher tickets and cigarettes are generally very sparse in inventory. I come here specifically for my fuel needs, as they tend to be anywhere from $0.40-$0.50 cheaper than competing gas stations in the area. read more

DO Not give these people your business. I recently went thru there drive thru car wash. Paid $12 It washed my car fine but the dryers didn't work. I went inside to inquire and they gave me a code to try it again. Mumbling that it does work. I wash my car here once a week for the last 3 years, so I believe I'm pretty sure I know how it works. I went thru again and it still didn't work. One of the workers came out to the drive thru and shouted that it was my fault because I moved forward to fast to trigger the dryers. I then followed him back into the store and said that is not true. Then his co worker said they watched me on the video camera? and I was late to move forward and that I stayed in for 73 seconds before moving forward. I said one of you say to fast one of you say to slow. "Doesn't matter it's still your fault" no refund! I said they lost a customer and they both said fine. I know of about 5 car washing within a mile of my house. I'll just find a new one. read more

Bathrooms are clean but has loooooooong line as there's only 2 individual bathrooms - 1 men and 1 women. Nice 16-lane for cars to gas up! Car Wash!!! Yes I know it's a gas station BUT when you haven't washed your ride in so long that you can't recall the last time it had a bath AND you refuse to patron all the other options for paid-for-car-washing because they charge ridiculous amounts for it one becomes blissfully happy and jumps for joy when nearly out of gas & one stumbles upon a gas station with this added surprise. Or at least I do. a lot. Super competitive pricing as well seeings as how it's located right at the mouth of both I-80 East & West freeway on-ramps in Roseville on Douglas Blvd. $3.11 a gallon for regular is what I paid today. Unlike Chevrons and Shells who price gouge freeway exits. Now back to this car wash. I felt the pressure under me rumble as the undercarriage jets blasted away months of grime, dirt and lord only knows what other roadway crap I'd picked up in the months since her last wash. Double wash job plus Rain-X treatment AND the super high powered blower that dried off my ride blasted leaves from my girl that I didn't even know were there! Totally impressed! Embarrassed at the leaves flying everywhere behind around and in front of me? Maybe just a little as I felt bad for the poor bastard right behind me waiting to wash his ride. Wanna super cheap fully cleansing car wash? No worries as when you swipe your ATM card at the pump it asks you I know right?!! 3 options and the deluxe is only $10 which is what I had today. I'm sold on the cleanliness of the station, the outside atm machine worked and this new found treasure of a great wash that didn't jack up my vehicle and the cheap gas prices plus freeway access location. Pay at the pump option often is not working, is even worse on rainy days. Prices are usually higher than other ampm's in the same city. Service inside is often slow, and they still do not take credit cards for payment despite other ampm's in the area doing so. read more

I like this am/pm. The employees are always friendly and helpful and I have found it to be well stocked and clean. Back when I used to smoke cigarettes (2 Years ago as of March 2015) I used to come here pretty frequently to check out their specials. They have a huge selection of beverages. I especially enjoy the Horcheta from the fountain. With a refillable cup you can keep if full for just $1.29 a fill (52oz). That is pretty sweet. I Have used the car wash a handful of times and it does a pretty good job with out any damage to my vehicles and with the drought and all it is one of your better choices for keeping your vehicle clean. The only thing that I continue to gripe about at Arco AM/PM is the fact that you have to pay a surcharge to use ATM/Debit and they don't allow you to run it as credit. It's only $.35 but it still sucks. With that said I would recommend coming here for gas and beverage needs when in the area. read more

Strange experience with the new manager today. Asked if I could get a new car wash number since the old one has expired. I explained that due to COVID-19 I have not really driven my car in the last 60 days. He goes, "yeah no, once they are expired you are out of luck. SORRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYY" Ok, whatever. I am also sorry that he has such a miserable and sad life that being needlessly rude to people is his coping mechanism. read more

I tried to buy gas there today and put $20 into the cash payment machine. It processed and processed and finally ate the money and kicked out the transaction. I could not pump gas At my pump. The manager refused to refund my money, telling me that maybe I could come back tomorrow to see if they had any extra money in the machine at the end of the day. This was ridiculous. She didn't even offer to take my number and call me if the machine was over, so I know this was completely insincere. They know full well it is broken. She also accused me of putting in the wrong pump number, but I am certain I did not because I double-checked it twice. Another customer came up and said the machine is broken frequently and he had the same problem last week. Only in his case, his money was refunded, so their policies aren't even consistent. I would urge anyone to avoid this place. read more

they close the bathroom at night and they dont even have a key for the paying customers. normally even with homeless and junkies loitering around (like there were in this instance when i showed up) there's facilities available, especially in a walk-in station. either roseville has gone really down hill and they have to resort to desperate measures or it's just a case of this individual AMPM not doing what they say they offer on the corporate marquee. read more

I go to AMPM almost daily, on these cold mornings Ive been getting hot chocolate but the other morning, I forgot to get my beverage card stamped, so I asked Phil, the cashier, if he would kindly stamp my card from the other day ,& I even gave him my receipt He rudely replied "NO that's from the other day I could only stamp today" acting like it's his freaking hot chocolate that he's going to miss one cup because he couldn't do a kind gesture that was so extremely easy and shouldn't get him in any kind of trouble for having good customer service skills! It wasn't like I was trying to steal anything all I wanted was a stamp for a beverage that I previously paid for! Bad customer experience as the staff doesn't know what the pricing of things are. I went in for 2 large fountain drinks and I asked if they did free refills to which the guy responded "yes they will be free refills" and I asked again "yeah I'll be back same day" he said "ok". Apart from this Out of the two fountain drinks one was water so when I asked him if they charged the water he said "Yeah it'll just be cheaper" So instead of 87 cents it'll be 59 cents. Then someone entered and asked if they could get some water from the same place I got and he said "yeah"! For free! Anyway, I continued to pay for my water and soda and when I came back 2 hours later I came back with one fountain cup since I discarded one at the park. So I went in line to purchase the second fountain drink and he said it would be almost $2 when I asked why if I was only Paying for one and that if he remembered me he responded " yeah I do but refills are 99$ cents to which I responded you told me they were free which he said yeah but they're 99 cents ???! So I was like so you're charging me both the new cup and refill cup for 99cents? he's like Can you charge them as new fountain drinks for $87 cents then? To which he responded he could. It's annoying to me that they would say it's free refill and that not be enough to then charge me more than if I were to just go in and WASTE one of their cups and straws. I went to have propane filled here yesterday. The man at the counter helped me but did an exchange. This being the first time I have ever filled propane I thought that exchanging the tank was great. Well, apparently my bbq requires a certain tank so I went back in the morning to get a refund and get my propane tank back that fits my BBQ. They said they couldn't refund my money, even though they took their tank back and will probably just resell it. The manager treated me like I was an idiot. My husband called to complain and the manager blamed me for not realizing that it was a different kind of tank. Anyway, it's not the $20 bucks that you crooks won't refund. It's the principle and the way that I felt you treated me that will make me never want to come back. Really bad experience. This Mom just trying to run some errands won't ever be returning. Maybe change your manager. That might help. read more

I visited this gas station for the first time today because it is near my work. There are tons of pumps and the cashier Steven was very nice. Not only did I score some cheap gas, but I got a car wash that left my car shining like new! I was impressed by the cleanliness (inside and out) of this location and the friendly customer service. read more

This gas station just had its grand opening within the last week or so. Everything is completely brand new and modern which makes this area shine a bit brighter. The prices are very competitive. Gas prices are about .10 less for unleaded from the gas station across the street and others in the area. That is a steal of a deal. They added a touch less car wash to this location as well and the AM/PM store is huge! Although there is an AM/PM closer to my house, I'd rather save a few cents on the dollar and find a few more good buys here!
