This review is based solely on their e-cart. Seems like…read morethis store has been trying to figure out how to handle e-cart orders for months. You order your groceries online, and they tell you when they're ready to be picked up. You then use the Flybuy app (and/or text) to inform them when you arrive... and then you sit there and wait... and wait ...and wait. Then they come out and almost every time the staff can't figure out how to ring up the transaction. Sometimes they have to bring your card into the store, sometimes their phone software is glitching, and most of the time they have to manually enter the card ...whereas every other Raleys seems to have figured out how to quickly swipe a card at the point of pick up. Once this Raleys figures out how to efficiently bring out grocery orders to e-cart users and ring them up, I will change it to five stars!

It was even warm when I purchased it, which made it seem like it had just been baked. However, when I got home, it became obvious that the bread was actually several days old and already stale. It seems like the bread may have been reheated to give the impression that it was fresh, which is very misleading to customers. If a product is not fresh, customers should be told the truth instead of being misled. Selling old bread while presenting it as fresh is not acceptable, and it makes me seriously question the overall quality and honesty

I was shocked at the great and extensive bourbon collection they had. They had almost anything you can think of from allocated to daily drinkers. The selection was incredible and the prices were even better! They have some great combo deals that make the prices even better. The store owner/manager was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am always passing Carol's Maket & Deli to Lincoln from Auburn. They stand out the most because of…read moretheir smoker is always out front and sometimes fired up. So finally, on my way to Auburn last Saturday, I had time to stop and try some of their amazing food. I was greeted as I walked into this quaint mini market. Everyone was friendly and talking to me. It has been family owned for decades and they made me feel so comfortable, but I was not there to shop around. I was there to try the food goods created by the smoker and whoever does this delicious array of foods. There were many options to choose from in their heated display case. Burgers, breakfast burritos, brisket sandwiches, ribs... I think there were a couple more options, but I couldn't decide on one. So I went with some smoked pork ribs and a brisket sandwich. It was $28 & change. It felt a little on the expensive side for 4 ribs and a sandwich. However... it was damn delicious!! When I got home, I did add a little salt, pepper, & mayo in the brisket sandwich... and then for me, it was fire! The smoked pork ribs were soooo goooood with the dry rub that was on them. Tender and juicy ribs... mmmm! I'm not sure if sauced ones were available, but I really liked these the way they were. I look forward to coming back here to try the other lunch & breakfast items... as well as chatting with everyone that works here!!! I'll be sure to capture more photos next visit!
