If I could give this place negative stars I would. Went in to pay cash for gas and they put it on the wrong pump. When I went back in to tell them my pump wasn't working, they said someone else already started to use the pump that had my money on. They then charged that person the amount they had used and put it to my pump. When I asked them why it only got a quarter of what I paid for they threaded me and accused me saying I said the wrong pump number and said they had it on tape that I was in the wrong and not them. They did not want to take responsibility for saying the wrong thing. I tried to contacted anyone but to my luck was not able to find anything or anyone to help me. Fuck the three guys who accused me of saying the wrong number and not them. Lost myself $40. I have never been treated so terrible in my life. My daughter and I just stopped there to get gas, I put in gas and she went inside to get drinks and me cigarettes. When she came out I Decided to smoke while she went thru the car wash. I grabbed the cigarettes and the Diet Coke she bought me. After smoking my cigarette I decided to go back in to get gum and she wasn't thru with car wash. I went to the register and told the cashier I had brought the soda in and only was paying for the gum. Wish the staff was better, Car Wash really isn't worth the money but it's the only one around. Fountain Cups have the kind of Lids that crack when you pick them up and fall off. This location is always packed. Only come here if you have to. There's always an employee holding up the line because they don't know what they're doing on the register. They're couple girls that have been working here for a long time that know their stuff, everyone else seems to constantly be new. read more

This is my favorite AM PM in Riverside County. I travel as part of my work and am completely hooked on the crushed ice, so I know all the AM PM locations. I also know which ones charge ridiculous prices for ice and the stores who treat their customers the right way, like this one! All the girls are friendly and know me by name. And the manager, Karen and I go way back! All the way back to when I lived in San Jacinto and she worked at the AM PMs there. This gas station loses money every night during shift change. They close and lock all doors. This is the only gas station I know of that does this at 930 pm till 1005pm. They take 30 minutes to finish. A lot of patrons come and go due to this. None of my business though. read more

I just experienced the most costly car wash ever here. As I was running my car through the AM/PM car wash I hear a loud thud on my roof as the overhead brush was passing over the car. Upon inspection of my roof, after the wash finished, I found four evenly-spaced clusters of scratches on my roof. The AM/PM clerk dismissed me saying this was my problem as 1) I could be lying about the scratches not being there prior to entering the car wash and 2) I entered the car wash at my own risk. If you are looking to wash your car, go elsewhere. It is not a bargain here. read more

Pumps are very slow, I've been here before and they shut down at 10pm for 'change over'. The pumps don't print receipts, you have to go inside every time; the secret is, get a car wash and then the receipt will print at the pump. I went here today and had this old lady who worked there get all rude when i handed her a $100 dollar bill told me i going to break her drawer and coped a big attitude so and said they only get $200 in there drawer .itwas in the middle of the day so i said in a joking way that should only half break your drawer then and then she coped even more of an attitude .rudely told my kids to give there drink back thst i was trying to pay for then gives me five twenty dollar bill back instead of giving me my $100 dollar bill back then i noticed thst she had a whole bunch of twenty dollar bill in her drawer .
