I buy gas here all the time and when I needed some air I couldn't get it. They have you call a phone number, listen to a bunch of prompts and then enter a lot of information. Then you are put on a long hold. Then the system gives you to a code to enter and push a green button. Pushing the code doesn't work. There is NO Green Button. Nobody inside knew anything about it. Have stopped about 2-4 times within the past 6 weeks because they probably have the cheapest gas. The things is that one of the cashiers doesn't speak very good English and never puts in the deals for the BOGO Half Off, accuses you of stealing, and has no problem giving no customer service. She literally looks like she's only there for the hours & doesn't do anything but stand behind the registers. You bother her & she rolls your eyes at you. Don't come here they'll give your gas to someone else and then tell you it's your fault. They gave away my gas outright to another person and refused to reimburse me or make it right. When I asked what protocol was for this they all stared at me bovinely. I have had this happen on 4 different occasions now. Each and every time I was met with nothing but hostility. Esther told me there was no one above her I could contact, she refused to even stop the pump that an employee under their watch sent my gas to mistakenly. When i demanded to speak to an owner or anyone above them they simply referred me to the number on the end of the receipt that goes to an automated number. ARCO stole 40 bucks from me and I want it back. They told me there was nothing I could do and that I'd simply have to eat the loss. I stopped in the store last night to get a coffee and a car wash. I was sadly accused of stealing a pack of donuts while standing in line. Hanna the cashier got in my face and cussed and name called me for NO reason! Good thing there was a nice fat lady working. I showed her my purse and the items inside as a courtesy even though I had taken nothing. Mind you I don't look homeless or hungry! Hanna wasn't satisfied with that and kept yelling that I took something and more name calling so I decided to take a photo of her and then she started hitting the hanging plexiglass WTF??? ‍ if it wasn't there she would have hit me! All over something I didn't do. So I was upset. I called the store and talked to the manager Idalid. She wasn't much help either. She confirmed that Hanna was wrong and told me to call corporate! She didn't even apologize or anything after she viewed the cameras to see what happened and that Hanna was WRONG! I'm a regular customer and have never been treated that way there before. I'm greatly offended and will be filling complaints maybe even think about talking to a lawyer! read more

This Arco gas station is brand new and was done very nicely. Everyone is fast, friendly and the store is sparkly clean! I like this particular Arco gas station because it is very convenient to my house and is right next to the 91 Freeway. They also have great eats and hot coffee on the inside. read more

I went and got something from them probably gas and Discover card said that there was a cash advance of 144 from my card which is BS!!!!!!!, I would never do that at a AM PM!!!!, so now I am fighting it through Discover card hoping to get my money back!!, I've had trouble with Riverside gas companies ripping off my gas cards before and I will never use a card around here again!!, only cash!!!!!! read more

Charged my card debit fees for pumping without any gas being put in and said thank you for visiting us. Tried to put my card in again and it still did it again. Had to go inside to pay the gas I was supposed to get and asked for refund or whatever for those 2 charges and they were like yeah no we don't do that here. read more

no phone numbers listed that actually work. 3 different sites and 3 different number. went through reviews and saw that the owner left an 800 number to people that have bad reviews asking to call him. I called the number and it's an automated number so I left a message with my number and email and it's been a week and nothing from him. Arco - Unsanitary - Gas Stations Near Me - Riverside, California

Never have I been disrespected at some gas station like this before. Used to come here everyday all the time and was even super friendly to everyone cus they all knew me. Last night I went in there to purchase some things and got yelled at and rejected service as soon as I walked through the door for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Just walked up right in there and told to leave and that I couldnt buy anything?? When asking what I did wrong or what the reason was they just couldn't give me one. Ridiculous behavior from an establishment I've given so much of my money to in the past. I recorded them and the way they were acting so I have proof of everything when I report this. Very sad to acknowledge that I am not able to even feel safe at my local store. Like that other review I saw, I guess this isnt the first time they've treated others like this so it probably would be a good idea talk to my lawyer about it as well. Nothing about that kind of treatment is right at all. Period. Stay away from this place unless you want to contribute to these people and the way they profile their customers read more

This is mostly about the car wash at Arco. It is horrible. I will give it one star, but it looks like the gas station is lumped in with the car wash. Every time I try to get a car wash year, the car comes out soaking wet on the other side and barely clean. The blowing dryer shuts off before the timer is off so you're only halfway through your dry cycle when it shuts off with almost 30 seconds left on the clock. And it doesn't work very well either. So you drive out with half your car still soaking wet and the other half that went through the dryer still mostly wet. It ends up leaving water spots over the majority of your car. I would highly suggest going anywhere else for a car wash. I would suggest the Chevron across the street, but that whole gas station is a train wreck. read more

I am trying to understand why this location always closes for 15-30 mins every night around 10 pm. They lock their customers out and say they are doing shift change. With this being a new location with the newest technology why do they close? Many times now I have just left. How much business are they losing by doing this. It's clean always clean. The car wash works great and I'm it's always fast service. It has plenty of room in the parking lot with enough room to drive around others and plenty of gas pumps so it keeps the wait times very low. read more

I will no longer patronize this gas station due to poor customer service I received. Richard(black) lacks professionalism and is very rude. He doesn't need to be the face front of any establishment. I walked in and grab what was needed and got in line. There was one other cashier ringing up someone. Richard was just standing besides the other cashier conversing with her(non-work related)and didn't even acknowledge I was standing there. Anyhow, I just assumed his register wasn't open. So, when Richard is ready to get back to work he tells me to come up. I stated to him " Oh you decided to help me now". He then tells me I'm impatient and I need not to be in a rush. WTH!?. I told him I'm not but that was rude and he lacks customer service and he needs to find some where else to work. While I'm swiping my card he's still babbling saying "yup" and he's " great".
