I am only writing this review because the employee that worked the cash register was just amazing at customer service. I actually drove home and thought to myself "Wow, people need to know that that guy kicked Christmas service butt and made 7-Eleven look great". Obviously, long line that didn't really have an ending point. So 2 lines formed at 2 cash registers with 1 person working and he worked BOTH cash registers so flawlessly with what looked like little effort (but we all know the struggle was real) and managed to make those 2 lines disappear almost as quickly as it began. He was on top of it. He was working 2 cash registers, churning out hot pizzas and making certain everyone was leaving with what they needed. He did all of this with a friendly smile. Would I come back? Easily. I'm impressed. My quick trip for soda was exactly that: quick. Thanks guy. You rock at your job and you make 7-Eleven look like a great place for me to get gas when I need it.

However when we were inputting our phone numbers it was only giving us the regular .11¢ off discount on gas. We went inside to say it wasn't working and the worker said that was too bad and that "sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't". This a a 7/11 add that's always displayed on the gas pumps and screens. You think they would adhere to that offer especially when we came inside to ask why it wasn't going through! "sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't" is not an acceptable answer

The pumps were not working, so I let her know, and she started laughing. So apparently she thinks it's quite amusing when customers' time gets wasted. Wow. Their pumps have issues all the time (including pumping gas so slowly that it would take like 3 hours to fill your tank, or nothing whatsoever happening when you squeeze the pump handle, which was what happened today). It wastes a lot of time, but again, because of price and because of them being a local small business, we continued to go there for years. Not anymore. She even made a comment about me being rude, ironically! So I told her I didn't need to spend my money there and I would go elsewhere. We're trying hard to be supportive of local business during this difficult time, but we will not tolerate that kind of rudeness and horrible customer service. You just lost a very loyal customer.

If you don't check the hours and figure out a good time to pick up your prescription that's your problem no theirs. If you were working even at your own job and some one asked you to keep working during a time that is mandated as your lunch time wouldn't you be upset that someone doesn't understand that your human and you have to eat too. Another thing is calling into the pharmacy, I've called left a message like any other CVS, other pharmacy I've been to and they call you back usually within the hour and if they don't just wait or go in person and ask what the status is because maybe there was an issue that was going to take longer. The customer service is horrific and that was an interaction with a pharmacy technician! Even if you're completely slammed, totally stressed , you still have to be respectful and polite to your customers and definitely do not make your customer feel like she does not know what she's talking about! I know when the prescriptions were last ordered, for some reason on CVS side they don't see when the last prescription was ordered! She told me that it only shows sometime in 2025 , the last prescription was picked up in June 2026 but she said couldn't see it because it was at the target CVS. But when we were discussing a previous medication just minutes before ,she told me she could see all the CVS locations we got medication from! Most importantly when it comes to a prescription that a customer needs and we've been getting our prescriptions at this location for two years. I don't believe we should be told to call the doctors office or go to the ER to get a prescription.
