Even with that happening, there were a lot of gaps in the grocery aisles, especially in the refrigerator cases. We weren't able to get everything we needed, which meant another shopping trip the next day. It was just an okay experience overall. I did track down one of their employees to ask the location of several items that I hadn't been able to find, despite going back over the same aisles several time. The aisles didn't seem to be laid out with any particular logic. Checkout went reasonably well, so that was a plus. Somehow this particular location seemed sadder and less organized than others I've shopped at in the past. Possibly a "B" store.

The store and parking lot is always busy, neither making for a positive shopping experience. It's getting ridiculous these days that so much product is now under lock and key, which means looking for a sales associate to help get you the product you need. Some aisles seem very narrow to move through when the store is busy, which makes a quick stop difficult. Lines for the registers, all of which are never open, are pretty long, which sends me to self checkout. Again, waiting in line because over half the self checkout machines aren't in use. Apple Pay isn't accepted either. Just too much I don't want to deal with here.

I picked up about two dozen nice basic flowerpots that were on clearance, which was a great deal...and came out to be 25 cents to 1-2 dollars each. Sometimes we go out to their farm in Paso Robles for lunch. This family has a long history since the early 90s and I am grateful for the care they take and all the hard work they put into producing the cleanest, organic food they possibly can.
