On the rare occasions I've tried to ask for either in the LA area, the gas station attendant acts like I might as well be asking for the earth and the moon. Then midway through they'll shut it off, so I'll have to go back, they'll begrudgingly turn it on again, and I'll have to go back to my car and so on and so forth... With the employees here, it's completely the opposite! Because I wanted to use Apple Pay inside they let me fill up my tank first and then allowed me to pay for it later. Imagine doing that in LA! When I asked about air, one of the mechanics actually checked each of my tires for me and even went underneath the car to grab a valve-cap that I had dropped. Then it was taken over by the current owner, who somehow managed to fire the entire experienced crew-some with decades here-and replace them with people who can't do half the work this place advertises. Basic services that were once routine are now apparently "not something we do," which is an interesting business model for a service bay. The new staff seem confused, undertrained, and completely out of their depth. It takes real talent to ruin a business this thoroughly, but here we are. If you're remembering how good this place used to be, save yourself the disappointment. That version is long gone.

As locals, this used to be our go-to gas station, mainly because of price. However, as long as the…read morehorrible lady that was working there today is there, I will not be spending a dime there. The pumps were not working, so I let her know, and she started laughing. So apparently she thinks it's quite amusing when customers' time gets wasted. Wow. Their pumps have issues all the time (including pumping gas so slowly that it would take like 3 hours to fill your tank, or nothing whatsoever happening when you squeeze the pump handle, which was what happened today). It wastes a lot of time, but again, because of price and because of them being a local small business, we continued to go there for years. Not anymore. She even made a comment about me being rude, ironically! So I told her I didn't need to spend my money there and I would go elsewhere. We're trying hard to be supportive of local business during this difficult time, but we will not tolerate that kind of rudeness and horrible customer service. You just lost a very loyal customer.
