Why would one take the time to review a gas station on Yelp? Well, when the gas station is as…read moreawesome as this, one would have to! It's actually California law that gas stations are required to provide free gas and water when you buy gasoline. On the rare occasions I've tried to ask for either in the LA area, the gas station attendant acts like I might as well be asking for the earth and the moon. Then midway through they'll shut it off, so I'll have to go back, they'll begrudgingly turn it on again, and I'll have to go back to my car and so on and so forth... With the employees here, it's completely the opposite! Because I wanted to use Apple Pay inside they let me fill up my tank first and then allowed me to pay for it later. Imagine doing that in LA! When I asked about air, one of the mechanics actually checked each of my tires for me and even went underneath the car to grab a valve-cap that I had dropped. And they waved us goodbye and thanked us for coming! No, thank YOU!! This station deserves ALL the Mobil awards! PS. The gas was cheaper than the other stations in the area!

Whoever it was that I spoke with seems insanely incompetent. They couldn't get even the most basic information correct. Definitely check the dates on the positive reviews because I question whether or not they're actually valid for the present day business.

As locals, this used to be our go-to gas station, mainly because of price. However, as long as the…read morehorrible lady that was working there today is there, I will not be spending a dime there. The pumps were not working, so I let her know, and she started laughing. So apparently she thinks it's quite amusing when customers' time gets wasted. Wow. Their pumps have issues all the time (including pumping gas so slowly that it would take like 3 hours to fill your tank, or nothing whatsoever happening when you squeeze the pump handle, which was what happened today). It wastes a lot of time, but again, because of price and because of them being a local small business, we continued to go there for years. Not anymore. She even made a comment about me being rude, ironically! So I told her I didn't need to spend my money there and I would go elsewhere. We're trying hard to be supportive of local business during this difficult time, but we will not tolerate that kind of rudeness and horrible customer service. You just lost a very loyal customer.

I have extremely low expectations of anything customer service related when it comes to gas…read morestations especially 24/7 gas stations that are open on Christmas. I am only writing this review because the employee that worked the cash register was just amazing at customer service. I actually drove home and thought to myself "Wow, people need to know that that guy kicked Christmas service butt and made 7-Eleven look great". Obviously, long line that didn't really have an ending point. So 2 lines formed at 2 cash registers with 1 person working and he worked BOTH cash registers so flawlessly with what looked like little effort (but we all know the struggle was real) and managed to make those 2 lines disappear almost as quickly as it began. He was on top of it. He was working 2 cash registers, churning out hot pizzas and making certain everyone was leaving with what they needed. He did all of this with a friendly smile. Would I come back? Easily. I'm impressed. My quick trip for soda was exactly that: quick. Thanks guy. You rock at your job and you make 7-Eleven look like a great place for me to get gas when I need it.

However when we were inputting our phone numbers it was only giving us the regular .11¢ off discount on gas. We went inside to say it wasn't working and the worker said that was too bad and that "sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't". This a a 7/11 add that's always displayed on the gas pumps and screens. You think they would adhere to that offer especially when we came inside to ask why it wasn't going through! "sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't" is not an acceptable answer
