Concerned, I called and spoke to Gloria, a long term member of the staff, who told me that Austin, an asst manager, would be able to help me today. And he did! He reviewed the camera recording of my transaction and saw that I had inadvertently exposed my credit a second time and caused the problem. He immediately authorized a refund and Nikki the bookkeeper returned the money to my credit card. I appreciate the people who work at Piazza's as well as the food!
