She has FOUND OUR ADDRESS WITHOUT OUR CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE when we had just moved last month. She has posted our private information without our knowledge. Save yourselves time and go to the San Bernardino County Animal Shelter. We fostered a dog from here as a favor for a mutual friend, Royce. During the time Ruby (the dog) was with us, I sent numerous photos and communication to her privately. Royce then posted to 10k+ people our names, where we live, where my partner works, as well as photos of our house and Ruby WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE. Additionally, we were discussing the potential of foster failing, because Ruby has been a huge blessing to our lives. Within the FB post on August 16th, Royce stated she hoped we would foster fail and asked everyone to pray. Royce detailed a very sweet story of how my partner originally found Ruby in the Cajon Pass and surrendered her to the rescue, as well as more info. I did not have knowledge of this post until a couple days ago. On a Monday, Royce and I had a phone call about the health of the dog and I told her she should visit during our next vet apt to see how well she's doing. Ruby came to us extremely dirty and itchy from her property, but we have poured a lot of love into her. She asked if we wanted to adopt, and before I could answer she told us to think about it and that cost would be $300. At this point, zero mention of contracts for fostering or adoption have been discussed. Monday 2pm- Royce texted me that she would discount to $200. At this time, I was taking care of Ruby and getting ready for work. I get off at 8pm, and by the time my partner and I finished our evening it was 9pm. I decided to reply in the morning. Tuesday morning, I woke up to a text from Royce at 10pm saying, "is that not good enough for you?" I replied at 7am and apologized for not responding. I told her we had a busy day (taking care of Ruby, work, car A/C going out) and that we would love to adopt her. I said thank you for the discount and that my partner will send her a Zelle now. SHE TRIED TO CANCEL THE ADOPTION. We already paid for the dog, and she acknowledged we had paid for the dog. She told me I was ungrateful for not saying thank you. That I didn't reply fast enough, and that I didn't "kiss her ass enough". We kept Ruby, as we paid the money for her. There is no one else lined up to take her, so she would just go back to a kennel. She has since posted the dog for adoption, even though she is not in her possession. She has threatened our friends, to show up at my partner's workplace, to call the cops, and continues to blow up our phones. She called animal control on us, which they closed out the call in 5 min when seeing Ruby was well taken care of. This has been a traumatic experience for my partner and I. We will likely never use a private rescue again. It's been awful. We are good people with lots of experience with dogs. We just hope the next person has the same insight we do now.

From being put on priority lists with no information of true placement, to dog specialist evaluations with no evidence, to allowing customers to visit as she feels at the spur of the moment, the ambiguity is painful and stressful. The worst part is how the owner lies. You will be promised a dog, pay for it, and most likely the owner will keep the animal you choose or sell it to someone else for false reasons that other American Kennel Clubs can verify. The animal you may have feel in love with and paid for the day you may pick it up and there is nothing more heartbreaking. All the owner will sell is the dogs she wants to get rid of. So please, I beg of you to avoid California Sunshine Beagles. Ignore the website pictures and don't believe the dogs you if you visit will one day come home with you. For Jill, this facility is about not making money, it's about hurting people's hearts. I do not recommend anyone to stop on by and give this place a try!

Von Muntz Rottweilers in Plant City FL was one of two breeders we chose that had experience and an excellent reputation, also had what we would consider a fantastic bloodline. We have owned large breed dogs for over 40 years, and the criteria we use most is health when choosing a puppy/breeder. The show stuff is nice but really not very important to us. Unfortunately, we were faced with getting on a waiting list with no promises from either breeder. Von Muntz offered us puppies from her female with an inexperienced breeder in California. (Inexperienced was how she described this breeder to me). We were concerned about logistics and the stress on the puppy so we declined initially. We eventually contacted the breeder in California Vom De Gracia- Jaime, who assured us it would be a smooth transaction and the puppy would be fine; he would take care of everything. We watched videos of all the pups and chose one. Valid reason number one! We requested a direct flight and were willing to pay any additional cost. Jamie attempted to book a flight through Washington with an overnight stay, then direct to Boston. I don't believe he had ill intent. Just inexperienced. When Von Muntz in FL was made aware of this, she informed him that it would be hazardous for a (not fully vaccinated) young puppy to overnight in a kennel with other dogs. She gave him advice on what airline to use and we were able to book a direct flight. Valid reason number two! He promised us health records on the parents but only provided documentation for one. Valid reason number three! Two hours into the flight we received a call from Jamie, letting us know we would likely be getting the wrong puppy. I asked how this could happen. He initially blamed everything on the airlines, then, in subsequent conversations, expressed to me in retrospect he concluded it would be prudent to bring someone with him the next time he ships dogs. I can't say who screwed up, but at the very least, this is one reason to not ship a dog from out of state. The airport was in another state and it was an all-day trip for us. Remember that we just put down our nine-year-old male Rottweiler four weeks earlier. My wife and kids came along for the ride. This puppy was adorable, and we immediately began to bond. It appears that the puppy we chose went to New Mexico. Jamie was apologetic and said he wanted to make things right. The problem is I don't know how you can adequately correct a mistake of this magnitude. Make the dogs travel in the belly of the plane again? What kind of environment was my puppy exposed to? The interactions must be limited until your puppy is fully vaccinated. Would I have to travel back to Boston and lose another day? Was the right dog going to be delivered this time? These were challenges Jamie and I could not overcome, along with the fact that my family had already bonded with this dog. The dog we received we were told, was the pick of the letter, chosen to be a working dog. Remember that this does not increase our value and could be a disadvantage in some ways, considering we only want a pet, just another family member. However, I told Jamie if we were happy with the dog we would be happy to pay him an additional $500 (Going rate for his pick of the letter) it's really not about the money for us. Having not received the health documentation and now the loss of confidence we decided to wait... Well, here we are three weeks later. We love our new puppy but have no records. We don't know the parents' health or what shots to give him when we go to the vet. Jamie has become condescending and sarcastic and demands we pay him $500 before he releases any documentation. Buyer, beware. Dog, wonderful, business transaction sucked

Went here recently because we accidentally ended up fostering four puppies. The place was super…read morestraightforward. You park up front and walk into the small waiting area/lobby. You sign in with the front desk clerk and tell them what clinic service you're there for. Most vaccines are only $15 for puppies which is honestly quite impossible to beat. They also have pyrantel dewormer for only $5, a great price. The front clerk on our first visit there was not very welcoming, and mentioned how I arrived 8 minutes prior to the clinic closing. That was one of his first statements to me rather than a nice welcome in. Took over 1hr to be seen and I was the only one in the waiting area. When I was finally called up, they forgot to give me my dewormer so I had to come back and ask again. The vet was very kind and so was the vet tech lady. Overall 10/10, amazing place and they even have free community goods (1 per person), for the community. This is honestly a miracle for all the pet community in the area. Thank you so much to the owner and kind staff that allow this place to be up and running.

I unfortunately had a bad experience here. I dropped off a community cat for a regular neuter…read moreappointment. They asked me to pick him up 2 hours early which I obliged and came to get him. When I picked him up I was not told of any complications or anything out of the order for a regular neuter. I put him in the car with a blanket over his carrier to try and calm him for the ride home since he seemed scared. When I peaked to check on him I noticed what looked like blood but I thought it could've been something else so I continued home. I got him in the guest restroom and let him out and he was covered in blood all over from his mid back to his feet, the carrier was covered in blood that soaked through all 3 layers of the cushioning and stained the wood piece. My drive was only 15 mins home. It was traumatic to say the least to see all the blood and not know what was going on. Even more so when i repeatedly tried to call the paw mission and no one answered so I kept leaving voicemails. My cat was also very disoriented so he was running from me when I tried to get him into the carrier. When I got to the paw mission the staff didn't want to answer anything for me they took my cat straight back to the back and they were rude in my opinion. I started crying because I was terrified from all the blood I had seen everywhere and they told me I was putting the staff on edge and being rude. I was on edge because of the situation they put me in . The vet finally came to speak to me and did give me answers finally and reassured me my cat was going to be okay. But this whole experience left me exhausted and it truly could've all been prevented if they had just checked on my cat in the carrier at anytime before they released him to me
