My cat, a former neighborhood now turned housecat, had never been groomed before and her nails were causing a lot of bleeding, especially because she loved to cuddle. I reached out and got great pricing and I was excited that my Kisses (my car) could be groomed at home. Lisa and her partner came over and did an amazing job with Kisses. Although she was scared, the only really big part she didn't like was the water, but she loved cuddling with Lisa and now we are have our groomers for her. Lisa and her husband were great. They were able to come over an hour earlier then the appointment, I was perfectly fine with that. Though the apartment complex I live at just had to shut off the water to the whole place due to the water main getting hit during some construction just as they arrived. Lisa and her husband still took very good care of my cat we were able to procure some water, and she cleaned up my Cali perfectly they treated her beautifully and I'm more than happy with the outcome. Awesome experience. Lisa came to my house right on time and went straight to work on my big, fluffy Main Coon mix. Our cat is calm but wary of strangers and strange places. It was so nice to have her groomed in her own house where she felt comfortable. I didn't hear any meowing of any sort. What's one more great review going to hurt? Great experience with Lisa and her husband of The Catty Wagon! My Turkish Van boy is 6 years old and has never had his fur styled before. We've thought about it for years because he sheds like crazy and makes requests for the AC to be turned on. He's the most beautiful cat, but we finally decided to see if getting a little trimmy trim would help him feel better as a California cat. The experience of Lisa coming to our home to groom Mack was better than I could have imagined. No scary car rides. No gross trailer smelling of a thousand cat tears. Just a quick 45 minute experience in our own bathroom. Lisa's attention to detail was the cherry on top. She trimmed his mane and feet so his head and boots didn't look cut off since I mentioned I didn't really like that look. The bathroom was spotless when they left, which is still a mystery to me since his fur is so light and goes everywhere. Mack has been loving the ease of managing his fur and he definitely has more energy since he's not having to clean 4" of tummy fur anymore. If you're thinking about grooming, Lisa is the best! Second time using Lisa, she did another 5 star job! She groomed my female long hair for the second time and my male short hair for the first time. I was nervous because he has never been groomed and wasn't sure how he would react, of course, Lisa used her cat superpowers and did an amazing job. I won't go anywhere else now. I think it's super important that she is able to come to our home, where my cats feel safe. I love how comfortable my cats are and how they are in a great mood after the experience. Bad experience with a strange "business owner". Everything was fine initially but was a little thrown off by having to use a room in my house for the grooming. Set a date and time and began to ask questions to which the owner seemed fine to answer. Two days before asked for other slots the same day of the appointment to see if there was any earlier spots. I found this place on recommendations from Yelp! I tried everywhere to find a place to have my fur babies and went off the recommendations. They came to my place and groomed my fur babies. I have older cat who is 14 pounds and another one who doesn't like anyone to touch her at all! Her name is Sassy Reno and hasn't been done since Petco asked me not to bring her back last year. Amazing!! My sister just got her very knotted, matted cat groomed by Lisa and we were both so worried how her cat was going to behave since she had never been groomed and is a very feisty cat!
