The ladies at Amore have always been very nice, efficient, and on time. I have gotten pretty good results results after the first 4 treatments (with 2 treatments left). I just purchased another package of 6 treatments to start on a new area. There are almost always Groupons available which decreases the cost substantially. read more

I was looking for a clinic closer to my home and this place came highly recommended from a friend. I have gone for my first session recently. I thought the decor was comfortable and tasteful. I was greeted by the front staff as well as the owner. My consultation was thorough and informative. I learned more from the staff here than I did at the previous business. I have had several treated areas in the past with much success in either no hair growth or a large reduction. I have decided to receive treatments on my upper and lower legs and expect a substantial reduction. I look forward to the results from my first session. Taylor was wonderful to talk to during my treatment and was very knowledgeable and personable. I appreciate it when someone is professional and friendly as I am sitting there with some of my clothes off! I look forward to continuing my treatments with Amore Laser and recommending them to my friends. read more

I was very impressed with Amore Laser. The staff was polite and the actual procedure was very comfortable and quick. I could tell that they knew what they were talking about with their explanations of what exactly I could expect as well as their immediate and thorough answers to my questions. read more

I bought a groupon a year ago & had 6 treatments to my chin. My last treatment was in december. I'm not hair free & I kind of knew I wouldn't be. I have pcos, and as a result I have to shave everyday even after treatments. The staff was nice, facility was clean though. The hair on my chin is just as bad as it was before the treatments. After the 3-4 treatment hair did break off and I was shaving once every week instead of day which was fantastic! But if you have pcos be warned. Not everyone has the same results I suppose. read more

I went to Amore Laser in a Groupon for spider veins. The staff was very professional and explained everything very thoroughly. The treatments hurt, but we're short. The results were great. I would definitely recommend this business. read more

The laser used here is much better than my experience with IPL laser at another place I wish I did not pay for. Taylor always does a great job for me. Only 4th session w/ bikini line and the results are awesome. Definitely worth the price!! read more

I have been going to Amore ever since I bought a Groupon and discovered how great the people and services are there. I don't seem to have difficulty in getting appts, and only a few minutes to wait for treatments. Both technicians I have had - Svetlana and owner Shari - are pleasant and very efficient. The hair removal treatments work excellently for me, and I would not go anywhere else. read more

I like this place, good prices, clean. I've been doing laser hair removal and it has been working. They start out on a lower setting and gradually increase the power so you don't get burnt. It hurts for a second and then goes away. Laser hair removal has not been as painful as waxing. The staff is polite and professional. read more

Purchased my original 6 sessions via a very reasonably priced groupon and am very satisfied with my results. So quick and easy and I find that most of the girls are easy to talk to. Because of my busy schedule I haven't been Able to keep to one technician and have been moved around a bit and although some technicians were better and more thorough than others, I have never had a truly negative experience there. After having such great results with my bikini line, I have purchased another six sessions for my reverse bikini (the managers were super accommodating about working with me to build a perfect blend between my hairless bikini line and my work-in-progress reverse). My only advice is to be patient with the results, hair reduction doesn't happen over night and I have had better results on one laser machine than the other. read more

I've had a great experience here, the staff are friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and pleasant and the location is convenient. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. read more

Adding another review because I just love this place. I just finished my 6 treatments of bikini hair removal and LOVED it - which says something when you're getting zapped in sensitive places. ;) My treatment has absolutely worked - I felt sort of silly shaving again before this last visit because there was next to nothing to shave. I've had (I think) all of their technicians and all of them are thorough and so friendly. I just bought one of their specials for my husband to get the back of his neck done. I'll always recommend Amore Laser and go there for any laser hair or tattoo removal needs. read more

Just finished my laser hair removal course at Amore Laser. It has been a great experience all throughout my 9 appointments over the past year. The technician, Svetlana, has been so pleasant and helpful, ready to answer any questions, and overall making you feel welcome and comfortable. The receptionist has always been easy to get in touch with for rescheduling or changing appointments. I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes, most of the time there was no wait at all when I'd come in for my scheduled appointments. Highly recommend this place! read more

Exceptionally good and personalized service here. I bought a Groupon, not always a guarantee of great service, but was impressed with fast return of phone call, early appointment time, and efficient treatment. The place is well-kept, and the owner very personable. Would definitely recommend and use in future, with or without Groupon. read more

Like so many others, I got a 6 session package through Groupon and used it for my underarms. Six treatments was enough, and I love not having to shave! I had no problems making appointments, rescheduling, or being reminded of my appointments. They were very forgiving the time I completely forgot. Oops! The facilities are clean and well cared for, although not super stylish. Parking is a bit odd - 4 skinny spots directly in front of their building, but I usually had the first appointment of the day, so no competition. It does sting! On the other hand, you can console yourself with donuts from Shipley's right next door afterwards. Do remember that it works poorly on blond or grey hairs, so if you have a mixture of light and dark in any area, those light hairs are going to be with you. read more

I have to agree with the other reviews....clean, no nonsense, expected results. My gripe is It is so quick and impersonal ~ I also feel just like a number there. Too bad, I have found lots of great companies through Groupon that I have continued to use. I doubt I'll pay to go back to them without a Groupon. I'd rather go somewhere that appreciates all their clients. Update: After my review I went back for 2 last treatments of my package. There was new staff and they were friendly. It was a noticeable and welcome change. I think they are trying. read more

I have been going to Amore Laser for about four treatments now for my Brazilian. I first heard of them through Groupon and thought it was a good deal. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They always ask if I have questions and are pretty fast at doing the treatments. The only complaint that I have is that I go to another business to get my armpits lasered and they do not ask that you tip. With laser being pretty expensive it would be nice not to have to tip on top of everything. read more

Monique is so efficient! These appointments were painless and quick for laser hair removal on the face and underarms. The rooms were spacious, and this place was always so clean. I was very pleased with the staff's friendliness too! read more

Pros: -If I arrived 10-15 minutes early, they'd get me in within minutes even though my appointment wasn't til later. -The techs are really nice, professional yet personable! -My arm pit hair thinned -Never had any bad side effects. Cons: -Laser treatment works best on light skin but I'm more of a caramel color. Susan said 6 treatments would be enough for me but when I was gearing towards the end of my treatment, the tech said 6 wasn't enough. So I feel like I was lied to just to keep a customer. The tech was right, 6 treatments wasn't enough. My hair is still there, just thinned out. -Restroom is gross. Overall, my experience was okay. I might go back but that's unlikely right now. read more

I can't tell you how much I love Amore Laser. I used to think laser hair removal was like terrorist torture until I met Devon. She not only remembers all my stories I try to get out as she is zapping me, but she understands my weaknesses and talks me through my treatments each time. It is always smooth- pun intended. Purely wonderful! read more

Like others, I went to Amore with a Groupon for six sessions of treatments, so I am currently having my underarms treated. My first session hurt pretty badly, but they changed my laser type and I am longer having no pain issues. I saw results within a couple of weeks from my first session that has progressed with each treatment. I am confident that by session six, there will be no more shaving required in those areas. I think my results are good because I am fair skinned and underarm treatment has a pretty high success rate. The staff is friendly enough, helpful, and efficient. I would not hesitate to have other areas treated at this business. read more

I am getting my Half legs lasered at Amore. I like all the therapists and the front office staff is very helpful. I have gotten about 4 treatments done so far and nothing to complain. I am seeing results already. read more

I can't say enough nice things about Amore! I purchased a package on Groupon and the entire process has been as smooth as I'd hoped. From scheduling to my first appointment, and making all my package appointments after, the staff has always been helpful, kind, and fast! The only thing I'll is make your appointments quickly because they fill up fast. read more

I've had two treatments and have seen great results so far!

I got a Groupon for Amore Laser, which was an awesome deal! The facility is always nice and clean, and the staff is always nice and accommodating. Although the techs are young and not all that professional looking, they seem to know what they are doing. I never had any bad reactions to the treatments and I am seeing a large reduction in hair. I would recommend this place to others. read more

Very pleasant staff. Got me in and out in a short amount of time. Treatment went well (had laser hair removal). I'll go back.

Super speedy in and out; I've never waited more than 5 minutes to get in. Treatment has always taken 15 minutes or less for a small area. After 5 treatments, I'm seeing great results. I've decided to get another area treated because the first area worked so well. Definitely better results than the first time I tried laser hair removal, which was at a fancy doctor's office and cost at least 5X the price. read more

I found Amore on Groupon and after my first treatment my hair is already softer and easier to shave. I cant wait to see how the end result will turn out! read more

i came by way of amore laser by groupon. i have had laser hair removal treatments before. so, i was a little weirded out that amore is in the gallery of salons in northcross mall. these are just booths, with walls and doors, of course. They also have windows and walls that don't connect to the ceiling, so it feels really open, exposed. But, whatever, I had decided to give it a try. So I go in and everyone is really friendly and I'm instantly more comfortable. Sarah walked me to another booth, really nice, clean, private, perfect. She walked me through the process without making me feel like an idiot for being nervous about the pain. She took off my make-up, which I could have totally done myself. She treated the area very carefully and closely. She joked with me, which really helped get my mind off the pain. afterwards she applied aloe and sunscreen. she reminded me of the aftercare instructions, even though i had received an instruction sheet when i signed in. she double-checked my next appointment, changed it, and wrote out reminders. She told me about the specials they have going on and when they'd expire. She answered all my questions and was really friendly. I had a really great experience. read more

Very comfortable here. Clean, professional atmosphere. 2nd visit here for laser hair removable, and I would recommend my friends here. I wish they offered more services such as Botox, fillers etc. but they do offer additional services that involve laser - obviously. Do be prepared to have a mini pre-consult at 1st visit before your treatment. read more

Just finished my 6th session for for brazilian and I'm very pleased with the results and service. I also found Amore through Groupon. Sarah is a great tech and was very friendly and responsive to my concerns and requests throughout the process, and amazingly their machine made brazilian less painful than when I had underarms done at another establishment. Although I've seen a significant reduction in hair, I may have to go back for a couple of booster treatments, but overall, best money I've spent in a long time! read more

Kristin and Susan are great. They take the time to get to know you and really listen to what you have to say about your body. I originally bought a Groupon for this place, but recently bought another package directly from them. It's a great location and they are professional people there. However, I'm not sure how their laser compares to other lasers. Regardless, for the price and service, I'm coming back. read more

This is my second visit after purchasing Groupon service. Very impressed with results , service, and friendliness.

I found Amore through Groupon (3 treatments for $99) several weeks ago and I'm so glad I did! I just had my first laser hair removal appointment at Amore Laser and my expectations were far exceeded. All of the employees were very friendly and the technician I had, Sarah, was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and put me at ease. Everything was very neat and clean and the treatment was almost painless. I'm already looking forward to my next treatment and the results! read more

A friend recommended Amore to me and I'm so glad. Amore has been great. I've had three bikini treatments so far. I bought a great Groupon deal, and for a little extra upgraded to a Brazilian. I was nervous the first time, but they really put you at ease. They explain everything you need to know about the procedure. How the lasers work. What results to expect after each visit. What to do and not do before and after, like avoiding sun exposure the week before your appointment, for example. The first time I did not use any numbing cream and it was pretty painful. But she did it as fast as possible and made me as comfortable as possible. They're good at talking and distracting you when they get to the parts that hurt the most. They are very professional. I've been surprised how comfortable I've felt in such a potentially embarrassing situation. Since my first visit, I've used numbing cream and it is a little better. Still not as pain-free as I'd like, but it's worth it. I think everyone is different when it comes to pain, though. I can't wait to finish my treatments (even with the pain). This summer it's going to be so great to not have to worry about how my bikini area looks before I throw on a swimsuit. I'm considering getting more areas treated at Amore. I would definitely recommend Amore to a friend. read more

I went in today for my 2nd Brazilian laser treatment and my Tech was Devon. She is and was very sweet, informative and very friendly through out my 2 experiences. She's very professional keeps you up to date with the deals and keeps a casual conversation through out the treatment in order to make you comfortable and relaxed. Which in my case helps a lot since getting Brazilian is not the most comfortable. She is always well prepared for my appointments. I was always unsure about getting Brazilian laser treatment since the waxing hurts like a snitch. But Devon keeps a check and makes sure that i am comfortable through out the appointment. All people there from the receptionist to Lisa the laser consultant /manager are extremely friendly and very helpful. Great work you guys keep it up and come up with more discounts. I think I will opt for underarms in the future - i.e if a good offer comes by :) read more

Megan was just great ! My first laser experience and I purchased another set of treatments after this first treatment.. IF you are at all nervous about laser.. Call Amore/Sue - much less pain than waxing - I am thankful ! Dena read more

Have done 2 areas and am back for my 3rd. Love love Sara and the results are so wonderful. Bye bye shaving.

Best experience I've had with laser hair removal! I'm fairly dark skinned and was very apprehensive about getting laser hair removal as my first experience was very painful. The laser was very effective and it hardly even hurt! I got several areas done and after the 3rd treatment started seeing amazing results. I didn't buy the Groupon and just call them directly. They will honor groupon prices. Absolutely, love their staff and think that Sveltana, Sara, and Susan are the absolute BEST! read more

Went in for a consultation and loved the staff. They were warm and informative. I have had many procedures at other places but by far, this environment was the most inviting. I ended booking more appointments. Thank you, Amore Laser! read more
