The company should have brought something to protect the floors of the house; if they cant provide it, at least inform your client of the mess that will be left behind. My sofa definitely looks better than before, but I am not fully happy as many spots are still visible and some sort of cleaning lines that were not there before, are now. They barely cleaned the backrest cushions, and I needed up washing them myself. Unfortunately, I don't think I will use them again.
