Ryan, Andy, CJ, and James did an outstanding job packing and moving our three-bedroom home into storage for our upcoming renovation. We are very impressed with their efficiency and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for reliable movers. We look forward to working with Our Family Moving and Storage again in the near future. Thank you for making our move such a smooth and positive experience.

And while it took them longer than estimated, they were very efficient. The quote Tad, in the office, gave me was on point though the actual amount due wound up being greater because it took about an hour longer to complete the job (the size and complexity of disassembling and then reassembling my king-sized sleigh bed frame was the culprit). Overall, I was VERY pleased with their responsiveness, quickness and the friendliness of the movers (Roman and his partner) assigned to my job. I'd use them again for sure!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED…read more When I found my new home in W Palm Beach, I knew I needed to find an AFFORDABLE AND RELIABLE moving company. I first inquired with a few movers to make sure I could compare pricing and services available. I was also rushing my move into a three week timeline; so when I first received my quote from Pure Moving, I instantly knew this was my first choice. When I spoke with them on the phone, they set me up with a video call to get an exact price for the move. I booked an appointment immediately on the first call, I was so confident they would give an affordable rate with impeccable service. I WAS CORRECT, PURE MOVING DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! Since I was moving from Miami to WPB, it was important for me to have enough movers to get it all done at one time. Five packers and three unloaders were assigned to help with the move. i was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by their thorough job at packing my ALL WHITE furniture. They took their time, while I went ahead to wait at my new home for another service appointment that day. They made sure everything was EXTRA NEAT AND TIDY when they left the old house. I gave them the key, and they locked up behind them, making my move even easier than expected. Once, the unloaders arrived they took there time to set everything up in the new home. They were careful that everything was done before calling it a day. Danill and his team REALLY EXCEEDED ANY AND ALL EXPECTATIONS!! I will absolutely keep them in mind in the future when I need to move again, or if a friend is looking move as well.

Their level of care and dedication stood out, and I'm extremely grateful for the way they handled my move. Unfortunately, the scheduling process was not handled well. I received a confirmation email for a Saturday pickup and made arrangements at my new out‑of‑state home based on that information. When I was later told on Friday the move would actually take place on Monday, it created a major inconvenience. I had to book a hotel for several days with my dog, and customer service offered nothing more than a sorry. There is a lack of internal communication with the moving coordinators. Fabian (the driver) and his crew, however, were exceptional. They turned a frustrating situation into a much better experience, and I highly recommend Fabian and his crew. I would have given five stars to Fabian.

Terrible experience -- our belongings were picked up and then effectively disappeared into limbo…read more American Van Lines picked up our household goods for an interstate move from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to Simi Valley, California. Their own paperwork listed a delivery spread ending on September 20. As of September 23, we still did not have our belongings. What made this especially infuriating was that we had a tracker with our shipment showing it sitting in the Rockville, Maryland area instead of making progress toward California. We repeatedly tried to get clear answers about where our belongings were, why they were not moving, and when they would actually be delivered. Instead of giving us a straightforward, reliable explanation and a firm delivery plan, we were left chasing updates while living without our household belongings. Their documents themselves repeatedly showed the August 29-September 20 delivery spread, yet once that window passed, we were still without our things and without the level of communication anyone should expect after paying thousands of dollars for a cross-country move. The lack of transparency has been the worst part. When a company has virtually everything you own in its possession, customers should not have to fight for basic answers like: Where are our belongings? Why haven't they moved? When are they actually coming? We have had to document everything, save tracking information, preserve contracts and invoices, and escalate the matter because routine customer-service inquiries were not producing meaningful answers. Moving across the country is stressful enough. Having your belongings sitting hundreds of miles in the wrong direction while you are left wondering when you will see them again is unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would strongly urge anyone considering American Van Lines to read every document carefully, keep independent tracking on important shipments, save every email and text, and get every promise about delivery in writing. At the time of writing this review, our belongings had still not been delivered.

I have received not one response from this scamming, shitty company.
