He gave me a great haircut and one of the best blowouts I've ever had. And I mean that. I have very long, thick, wavy textured hair and a blowout alone never cuts it for me. I always have to follow up with a flat iron. That's a big deal for my hair type. I left with my hair looking amazing and didn't need to touch it. Also the products made my hair smell amazing! I was charged extra for longer hair but I expected it and the price was fair. Most importantly, I felt extremely relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I always ask for super long layers in the front and super long layers in the back. No matter who I get it from, when I say that I always end up with the same thing. This time I said the exact same thing and my stylist even asked "do you want your layers in the back this long or do you want some more shape?" And I answered to just keep them the same (long). She then cut my face framing layers at least an inch shorter than I had asked and I now have layers all around my head that are definitely not "super long" like I asked. One of the layers in the back is at least 4 inches shorter than my longest length of hair which is not "long layers" at ALL. I usually would have said something but by the time I noticed it was already done and it's not like you can un-cut hair. I usually come here and it is usually great so I hate to write this!

I made an appointment with Karlee and crossed my fingers. I had pretty dark hair and wanted to go blonde. We knew it would take a couple sessions because it's almost impossible to go from cheap black dye to blonde in a single session. I ended up leaving my first appointment with a beautiful copper color and fell in love with it. I just stuck with it! Karlee is super nice and honestly a saint for putting up with me lol.
