We sat and ate at 3 different restaurants: one for appetizer, one for 2 pasta dishes, and one for pizza and meatball. Then we stopped at a bakery for takeaway dessert. Our tour ran from 3-6pm though there were some pockets of downtime along the way.

Honestly she has almost become something we've laughed about when stopping because it's almost like she must be paid to be this miserable all the time. We won't be back except for the random clearance events. The place has definitely gone downhill in the past few years, less and less offered. The store space is smaller. The chocolates don't even taste the same (or maybe the experience makes it taste miserable, ahahah) I don't see it lasting more than another year or two max. My husband and I were impressed with the quality and diversity of the regional wines. Dick Ries led our tour and was OUTSTANDING! Informative and engaged and charming! He was knowledgeable across the board and was connected with the staff and operations at each of our stops. We've done lots of wine tastings and tours over the years and I was wondering if I'd learn anything new AND I DID! The packet they provided for the tour was excellent and VERY useful and informative. It was a beautiful day and the wineries were gorgeous and treated us like royalty. It was a treat to be delivered to each location and to just sit back and enjoy the ride. Jeanette made all of the arrangements for our family vacation to Disney in Orlando. Our requests…read morechanged many times before we landed on our final itinerary. Jeanette patiently worked through the many changes for our trip. We stayed at the Coronado Springs Resort on the Disney property and it was very nice. The rooms were clean and quite soundproof. Noisy neighbors were never an issue. The grounds were well maintained and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The bus transportation to the parks was timely and readily available. We rented two vans and Enterprise was spot on with having the vehicles ready and making the drop off seamless. In addition, we rented a scooter for a family member from Scooter Bug and it was a blessing as he was able to maneuver about the parks successfully despite the incredible volume of visitors. We also spent a day visiting Kennedy Space Center and took a bus tour. Kennedy Space Center was very nice and we all learned a great deal. Our flights to and from Cleveland were smooth and on time. In Summary, Jeanette allowed us to enjoy a much needed vacation as a family at Disney without stressing over the details of the trip. Thank you.
