Times Square and several eateries at Times Square were included. The tour also included the Top of the Rock, Central Park, Statue of Liberty, Rockefeller Center and several drive by looking. The tour guides and bus driver made the 10 hour bus drive seem a little shorter with snacks and movies. Recommend for anyone who (like us) wants to go to New York City, but doesn't want drive and schedule places to visit. A must do! The tour also included lunch on your own in China Town or Little Italy, dinner Bens Authentic NY Deli and Buca di Beppo. A chance to savor food from street vendors, see where various movies were filmed and the City of New York. Our previous tour included the aircraft carrier Intrepid and the space shuttle as well as various aircraft. Thanks to Denny (Tour Guide) and Steve our Driver! Great Job!!

She was confusing as per the time ( as she did not seem to grasp a time change from Ohio to Illinois ). She was over a half-hour late picking us up in the beginning and over an hour late at the end. Supposedly she said she had to keep circling for a parking spot but we were standing right there at the scheduled pickup spot and she did not pass by ( not even at the intersection ) even once. When she finally arrived, she offered no apology. Not even a simple 'Thank you for your patience'.....We arrived back in Toledo 3 HOURS after the scheduled time----despite the fact that this woman drives much too fast. My friend had the seat right behind her and clocked her at 80 MPH at times. Is this even legal ? We will NEVER AGAIN trust this company for any kind of booking.

WARNING: Worst Rental Experience Here is the order of events…read morethat occurred leading up to my charter and how your company failed to provide what was promised. 4/12/2018 - Client makes inquiry about bus charters and receives a quote from Angie Bishop for one 56 passenger bus to transport guests from the Ritz Carlton hotel (1515 W 3rd St, Cleveland, Ohio) to the private property at 3535 Revere Road, Richfield, Ohio and back, confirming the pickup and drop off locations for the first time. 5/4/2018 - Client receives booking confirmation from Lakefront Lines on the charter, confirming pickup and drop off locations for the second time. 6/14/2018 - Client inquires about a second 56 passenger bus and receives a quote, confirming pickup and drop off locations for the third time. 6/27/2018 - Client receives confirmation on the charter of the two buses, confirming pick up and drop off locations for the fourth time. 9/10/2018 (week of the wedding) - Client's wedding planner reaches out to Lakefront Lines to confirm booking and make sure that Lakefront Lines had performed a test run to ensure timing and accessibility for the guests. Lakefront Lines informed our wedding planner that there has not been a test run and then scheduled one on 9/12/2018 (3 days before the wedding). 9/12/2018 - Lakefront Lines comes to the private property at 3535 Revere Road, Richfield, Ohio and informs the wedding planner that the buses would not be able to drop off passengers at the contracted address, and would drop wedding guests on the street 300 yards away from the location. Lakefront Lines cited road width concerns. Wedding planner asks the coordinator to at least attempt a test run to the actual location, but Lakefront Lines refused. 9/13/2018 (2 days before the wedding) - Wedding planner and client reach out again to Lakefront Lines to try to figure out a solution to transport the guests from the street to the actual location of the property. Not only does Lakefront Lines not offer any solutions (smaller buses, shuttle vans, etc.), the representative, Angie Bishop, now changes the narrative and claims that the booking was for transporting between hotels rather than to a private property. This was a flat out lie and an impossibly bad one, as Lakefront Lines had at least 4 months and 4 different confirmations to check the location. 9/14/2018 (one day before the wedding) - Client books two shuttles from separate companies for an additional cost to move guests safely from the road to the actual location of the venue. As you can see from this timeline and details, Lakefront Lines had four and half months from the time of initial booking (and five months from the original inquiry) to the actual charter date to test run and inform the client that the buses would not be able to drop off guests at the actual location. Lakefront Lines never had the intent to do a test run until the wedding planner reached out. Lakefront Lines informs the client three days before the wedding that they would not be able to drop off at the actual location. When pressed about why the client was not informed of this during the previous four months, Angie Bishop then lied and claimed that the booking was for a hotel to hotel transfer, despite verifying the address four times. Not only did this experience create additional costs for the client (having to book shuttles at the last minute), it also caused delays in the wedding, discomfort from guests (some of whom had to walk), and heavy emotional stress for the client in the week of the wedding. Lakefront Lines made no attempt to remedy the situation and falsely tried to put the entire responsibility on the client.

It was, without any comparison, the worse experience with travel, of my adult life. On the Ohio…read moreend, Amtrak employees were completely absent. The station was locked. There were no signs, posted information, no employees to explain train traveling to those with questions, nothing. We got there, and just hoped we were in the right place. It was very nerve wracking. On the Chicago end, forget about it. The employees in the station were rude, unhelpful, arrogant and acted like everything about train travel should have been common knowledge--- "what do you mean you don't know the train starts boarding 30-45 minutes before it is scheduled to leave?" There is no information on the app, none of this is printed on the ticket-- My Aunt handed her ticket to the baggage agent and asked him to please show her where it was explained that her bags had to be checked an hour before boarding; he started reading... his response, "well, it's not clearly stated here, ma'm, but, if you go online ( he circled the website) it will explain all this information." Seriously? Does Amtrak not know they can clearly post all this information IN THE STATION? SOMEWHERE? How about posting all the cities the trains, boarding from each gate, are going to make stops at? "Gate C " Train stops at: South Bend, Indiana, Waterloo, Indiana, This town, Indiana, Toledo, Ohio Sandusky, Ohio Etc." Instead, my daughter and I got downstairs and stoped at the gate that read, "Gates, A, B, C, and D." We thought, okay, this is our line. We stood in that line for about 10 minutes before my daughter realized we were in the wrong place... again, no one in a uniform to ask, and we ran to the other gate C, only to be told by a very rude employee, "Sorry, Ma'm we just closed boarding for this train." Insert SSSSSCCCCCRRREEAAAMMMMMM, here. An image of me punching him dead in the face flashed through my mind. Never again. NEVER. We paid $74 more dollars, waited 3 more hours, and finally got on the 9:30 pm train. Where we FROZE. "Holy Icebox, Batman, we have to help these human popsicles!" Our train car was so cold, people started taking their bags down from the overhead, and putting on clothes over the clothes they were wearing PLUS their blankets. We asked a conductor about it, he said "i'll see if I can turn it down". Apparently, he meant it, because it seemed to get even colder as the night wore on. My bones hurt! It was horrible. My daughter and I were holding each other, while curled up, in our seats, for warmth. I don't know how people travel this way. Even if this was just a one-off for Amtrak, it was such a magnificently bad one, that I will never, willingly, schedule another train trip. Horse and buggy would be better. Motorcycle would be better. TRICYCLES would be better. Nothing, nothing, NOTHING, even comes close to reaching the level of sheer ineptitude and madness that Amtrak occupies. My husband's assessment, there is a reason Amtrak is going bankrupt. I don't know, maybe I'll see if there are any zeppelins heading my way, next time I want to take a trip, to Chicago.

Russ our tour guide was fabulous as well. Very personable, informative and all around fun. Once I recover from this trip I'm going to look up another destination with this duo. Personally, I give this tour a 11/10. They went above and beyond. Thank you Al, Russ and Great Day Tours!

They were on time and were able to provide us with a large 55 passenger bus which was great to transfer a lot of people at once. In the world of wedding where anytime you put the word wedding in it the price increases by 3x, Great day was really well priced compared to any other transportation company I spoke with. They were quick to respond and flexible to changes of location as wedding plans evolved. My friends also used them and had a good experience as well. Only 1 negative was at the end of the night going back to the hotel the radio was not working so that kinda put a damper on things but lucky in today's age we have phones and played music on our phones to help keep the party rolling. I would highly recommend.

Rich, the owner/operator was excellent in his narration of the Amish. His parents were Amish but left the community before he was born. He went over some "rules" about how to show respect to the Amish such as don't take any pictures without asking first. During our three-hour tour, we were able to see the beautiful countryside, farms, and homes, staying off the main roads is the only way to see just how awesome this area is! We made three stops in the Amish-owned and operated stores and workshops. The Amish that we met were very friendly and enjoyed showing us their great businesses. I learned so much about the Amish today and have more respect for their culture. Please consider taking one of the number of tours that Rich offers.
