Adam was SO accommodating our Event with changes in dates & numbers of family members as well as needing seats with buckles for our 3 youngest needing car seat safety. Joe our driver couldn't have made our experience more perfect! We gave him the map of all the places we wanted to drive by so they could reminisce & share their memories and stories with all of us. Joe not only drove us to each destination, but he stopped & waited very patiently while they shared their stories! Starting at the home where Mom & Uncle were born & raised in, My Grandma & Grandpas home where they moved to until they passed, the Old Cemetery where they lay to rest with many generations of family. We drove by where they used to work/retired from ( if the buildings were still there) and even a couple places they used to have beers & cut loose when they were in their prime haha. We got out at the Veterans Park to stretch where the Parmly Hotel used to stand-where my Grandmother was a desk clerk & met my Grandfather- the traveling Salesman from Massachusetts. The leaves were so beautiful & the day was perfect to walk around the park & listen to their continued stories. We proceeded to everyone's 1st homes where we all raised our children and shared more fond memories!! We ended at the new BEAUTIFUL William Vincent Winery on the Lake in Madison to share some wine & snacks. Highly Recommend! This was not Joes typical bus run & he shared with Us how much he enjoyed us as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Sunset Taxi. Dropped in on a Saturday afternoon. Was quite surprised at the size of the tasting room and the attention to detail they used when building the place. Met the wine maker who is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Was conflicted between the Cab and the Red blend. Asked for a sample and was pleased with both, but the blend was truly unique. Ordered a full glass, which came with a side of chips and a few chocolate raspberry candies. Everything was first class. Will leave with a couple of bottles but must come back when the patio is open and the band is playing.

We all have different tastes. Sweet, semisweet and dry. There was something for all of us. We talked to the owner who was a super nice guy and he got us all situated. We got the Red Dolce. It was a bit sweet and smooth. Very good. Everyone else seemed happy and enjoyed their wine. We also got some cheese, crackers and salami to munch on. Also tastee. Lots of people having a good time. It never seemed crowded or too much. Inside looks nice. So if it rains or in the winter it will be nice to sit inside. You can open a tab or pay as you go. Prices aren't bad for a glass or a bottle. Glasses are in the $7 range or so and bottles in the $23 range. It's a nice fun atmosphere to sit and listen to music for awhile or just grab a glass and head out afterwards. The larger the group, the cheaper your own total will be! Your Wine Cellar is hidden inside of Brew Kettle and Top Golf in Strongsville, nearby Walmart. Don't be fooled by the outdated Google Images of a place with its own sign - it no longer is labeled clearly. Meg was our host and director of our wine making adventure. She was great! We went through a dozen or so rounds of wine tastings to decide, as a group, what we will make. Each sample is $1 and I only tried a few, sticking mostly to the fruity ones. I liked the California Moscato the best of the whites. I only tried one red, the Diablo. The Diablo was the one we ended up making. The making process took about 10 minutes. We also were able to order food from the Brew Kettle. The food I ordered for lunch will be part of the review I wrote for Brew Kettle, which will be published soon after this one. Overall, I had a fun time with my friends, learning about what kinds of wines we like and don't like. In 8 weeks, we are coming back to bottle and label our wines! The entire process ended up being $20-25 a person.
