At first using the GPS, this place was hard to find until I realize we are not looking for a sit down restaurant...it's a drive up and drive-through restaurant, it's basically made for takeout dining exclusively! Don't let that fool you though because the food at this place slaps! Lol! We had a lobster roll, a Mexican salad (served on a large flour tortilla, as a burrito!) as well as the flatbread and chicken quesadillas. They were all excellent (if you're from the East Coast, you might be disappointed by the lobster roll because it's a local interpretation of what a lobster roll would be like ) and they are among our favorite things to pick up when we want to grab food and take it back home.. The prices are very affordable! In a time when you can't touch a meal for less than somewhere between 15 and $20 this place you can feed your whole family for that even their drinks are inexpensive. They actually have a lot of locations sprinkled throughout the greater phoenix area. my experience is that some locations are a little better than others in terms of customer service and efficiency but generally speaking I like the price and I like the food no matter which location I go to but invariably some are better than others.

The payment left my Wells Fargo account on April 27th, and the transaction clearly shows it was paid on April 25th. I checked my entire April statement -- nothing was cancelled, refunded, or reversed. When we returned to place an order today 6/11/26, the vendor accused us of cancelling the transaction and insisted we still owed them money. I even showed them proof directly from my banking app, but they kept repeating the accusation. The only "proof" they could show us was a picture from their system with the same total, but it just said "open" -- no date, no timestamp, no transaction details. They couldn't provide any actual evidence that we hadn't paid. They then told us we had to pay cash for this order and that we were no longer allowed to order from them. After years of loyalty and large orders, being treated like this was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Beware if you pay with a card -- this could happen to you. If their system glitches or they lose track of a transaction, they may blame you instead of checking their own records. We won't be returning. Fast forward a few weeks back I took my friend to The Mailing Store next door. I noticed that there was a line outside this restaurant before it opened so that caught our attention. I assume they were having a job hiring thing since people had papers in their hand. My friend was curious and walked over to somebody who was waiting in their car to ask. Strange coincidence, as life sometimes happens, it was someone I knew. The folks I help with their nonprofit charity . We started chatting and they told us the owner Periodically gives out free food to help people in the community. Not scheduled something he does and advertises online every now and again. I'm really not a wing eater but my friend convinced me to go in and get some. I think the first 30 people get freebies. So I went in and got some. They have lots of different unique flavors. You can't really ask on the freebies so I just let them give me what they gave me and took them home. I was presently surprised how much I liked them. Kudos to the owner for helping out people in the community and having food that's tasty to boot. Good job!

Owners explained their setup and informed us of their special handmade burger patty blend. We went with the cheese burger and Sam's burger combos. Food came out quickly, smelled and looked amazing! Veggies were fresh and so crisp! Buns were toasted very nicely. After devouring the burgers, we just sat there completely full and satisfied! Thoroughly enjoyed these burgers.
