They were stale, cold. Not freshly cooked. The wings were large but the garlic sauce was bland tasting nothing really special. The burger was awesome. My wife's burger was large and loaded with mushroom. I tried some of her burger and felt the sauce was ok nothing to brag about. The service from the food truck was quick and efficient. Once you place your order they hand you a notification device that alerts you when your order is ready for pickup. Overall I felt it was ok. It does get really busy as I saw customers pulling in none stop. Would I return to this food truck, maybe.

The fries Tuesday tasted like the oil needed to be switched some time ago. I asked for some sauces on the side that never made it into the bag and the dressing they put in for my salad was not the one I requested. I don't understand how an order can be put together wrong when you should have a tab in front of you and someone checking that the order was fulfilled correctly. This is not the first time they get things wrong. A few months ago they left something out of the order and I had to go back and get what they missed. The burgers don't have the seasoning they used to have or remember the tasted like 5 years ago. I remember that when you bit in you knew you had a great burger in your hands. I don't perceive that taste as much anymore. Maybe they are so busy that it's hard to keep that quality taste, but hopefully they can tweak things in a way that it brings back the Outlaw's of a few years ago. I also dislike there is no dine-in opportunity. I will still come around once in a while in hopes we go back the the great flavors and service.

We went about 930 pm, plenty of parking and was well lighted. When we walked in a gentleman was singing I didn't think this was karaoke because he sounded like a professional. We sat at the bar. We were immediately greeted by Amber A radiant, friendly beautiful bartender. She was a seasoned lady that was full of information. She immediately gave us the drink, special rundown, and then told us how great the wings were so of course we followed her lead and we were not disappointed. I wish all bartenders would learn from Amber( service with a smile) The people in this place were grown folks with great voices and personalities to match. Everybody was friendly, including the other staff. The prices were fair. We stayed for a couple hours. I sang a couple of songs. I received a great response. Big Al the DJ/ Karaoke host had a great system it was perfect, no feedback no static. The only thing I would recommend is a larger screen to read the Karaoke words from or maybe more screens.
