This restaurant is a small space with about 5-6 tables in it. But for a mall place, they serve some delicious meals. I was shocked at how great the tacos were. The size of these were ginormous. an order of one can easily feed two. I ordered lengua, chorizo, and pastor tacos, and all of them exceeded my expectations. And I had enough left to have for another meal at home. Another item that I really enjoyed was an agua fresca. I gambled with choosing an orange drink. This quart of fresca was just what I needed. It tasted like a bold tangerine drink. I usually choose other flavors, but this is my new favorite. There is one thing that kept this from being a 5 star review, and that is there's no pricing on their printed menu or the menu on the tvs... Nothing shady going on here. Still a great place serving great meals. But I normally walk out of places that don't have their menu priced. read more

I really don't like a restaurant that doesn't post a price list. We paid $5 per taco, way too much..grant it, they are full of a lot of ingredients but still. As for the taco itself, I had the pork taco, the pork was dry, my mistake I should have ordered the Al Pastor instead of the plain pork, no flavor until I put the Verde sauce on it..but like I said, my mistake. I'm not at all saying that you should make a special trip to this tiny tacqueria, but if you're close to Vineland and feel like eating some very decent tacos by a railroad track, this might be the perfect place. I do believe that they have a table or two, but we always take em to go. Three chicken and Oaxaca cheese tacos with white onion, cilantro and lime can be turned into six as they're double-corn tortilla-ed. I like the illusion of taco feast. There's a factoid for you. Good green and red salsas, both. Husband gives thumbs up on the pork too. This is the what's-what that I know about El Michoacano. I like em just fine. Their tacos are awesome! However, their service is slow on a Sunday. I've been sitting at a table, my sister I, waiting on 4 tacos. FOUR. They definitely need a server out on the floor during these busy days and not try to overwork the woman at the cash register who btw is handling on the floor orders, to go orders, and communicating between customers and the kitchen. I used to live around the corner from here, and let me tell you, whenever I could, I'd walk there for lunch and get the steak & cheese tacos with cilantro & the green sauce, and let me tell you, I love Mexican and have been to many restaurants, but I LOVE El Michoacano. Food is good.. but I ordered 3 gorditas and got home to see 3 burritos. Not what I ordered- but was delicious nonetheless. They do not speak English and I unfortunately do not speak Spanish either.. so I think that was the reason for the mix up. read more

You've prolly never heard of this place. Their food is addicting. Authentic Mexican food and very inexpensive. Each taco is like a double taco with all the meat (two shells per taco are served ) so each taco really is two. read more

Excellent traditional street tacos super sized! The meat is cut thicker and they are about 2-3x bigger than the tacos at other local Mexican joints. They make little to no effort to speak English so there is definitely a language barrier but this place is one of my new favorite Mexican joints in the area. read more
