They…read moresent someone out to fix all of the caulk and paint issues and it is exponentially better so far. the project manager came by to do another walk through with me. I will be using them again as they stand by their word and their product. Buyer beware! I was told that they would be doing two coats and that it would take two, likely three full days to do my house. After realizing they did less than 10 hours total work, I checked the cameras. They only did one coat. I have no idea if every team operates like that but I absolutely will not pay full price for half the job. I also requested flashing not be painted- it was painted. I requested them caulk the dryer vent and plumbing clean out- it was not done. They were extremely spotty with the nails they did caulk- I easily counted 20 nails not caulked in the sunroom alone. I told my project manager about all of this and it was still not done on "day" 2. I have no doubt that the business will make it right, but this is extremely poor business behavior- charging someone full price and giving them half of the work. If I didn't have the thought to check the cameras, I would have been completely ripped off. One last thing- when I got home? My door was left wide open so wasps and mosquitoes could come right in.

From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.

I initially asked for a quote to paint our baseboards, and he provided a flat rate that included materials, which was nice because I didn't have to worry about unexpected costs. He also shared his availability right away and was able to start the very next day! They were punctual and got right to work. Grigorii even matched our trim paint. Unfortunately, the paint he was given ended up looking quite yellow once the job was finished. Even though it wasn't his fault, he offered to stay late and completely repaint them the correct color. Our baseboards are now absolutely perfect--exactly what I was hoping for! Amethyst Handyman has a fantastic work ethic, and you truly get more than what you pay for. This is the highest quality and most professional handyman or contractor I have ever worked with. Seriously...the quality is absolutely exceptional and I don't think you can find anyone else this good, kind, patient, and really working with so much care and precision over every detail. They did painting of ceiling and walls, found identical blinds to replace ones that had been damaged and they perfectly matched to all the other blinds. They did some other things around the house and they were efficient and extremely thorough and I am so happy with their quality. He responded quickly, got there when he said he would, and did a great job on the drywall repair spots, including the larger one where there was a hole in the wall where a medicine cabinet used to be. Once it was removed, I planned to install our new kitchen faucet myself, but quickly realized the space was so tight that I couldn't get the old fixture off. I called again the next day, and Vlad came out that morning and installed the new faucet for us. Then, later that same evening, I accidentally broke the cartridge while trying to install a new shower handle. We suddenly couldn't turn the water back on to the entire house. Even though Vlad had already worked a full day, he came by after his last job to help us figure out a way to at least get our water back on. What impressed me most was that he didn't just look for a quick temporary fix. He took his time, worked through the problem, and ultimately ended up fixing the shower handle and getting everything working properly. Vlad is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and genuinely cares about finding the right solution rather than just putting a bandage on a problem. After moving into a new home and tackling a seemingly endless list of projects, finding someone this dependable has been incredibly valuable. We'll absolutely be calling Vlad again for future projects and would highly recommend him.

The technicians (2) arrived on time, provided an estimate (replace two sets of attic stairs…read more(wooden) with aluminum stairs) and when we accepted the bid began work immediately. The job took several hours and apparently required more help as other techs were brought in to help complete the task. As a side note, we appreciated this being done as we have had projects done before where more help was needed and there was a delay in the job completion while everyone sat around and waited for the help to arrive. The group from "All in 1" did not delay bringing in other folks to help. When the job was completed they cleaned up the entire area and stacked to old material neatly outside for bulk pickup. Costwise: "All in 1" was within the range of other companies but is on the high side for the DFW market, but we felt we got our dollar's worth for the task and would use them again.
