I said maybe next time. on Sunday I sent an internal complain, no response sent another complaint on Tuesday. as of today I have not heard from Wilson Toyota was considering a Land Cruiser or Sienna for my wife. am thinking not now.

They even identified that a fog light was out and needed to order the part. All would be covered by warranty. Because we live 70 miles away it took a while to schedule the follow up visit. But, we were able to do so in a couple of weeks. The next service appointment could not have been worse. Check in went fine but I failed to get an estimate of the expected completion time. After two hours I checked to see if it was done. THEY HAD NOT STARTED. And, the fog light replacement is a 4-hour job as the whole bumper must come off. While the time to repair is understandable the lack of communication and the scheduling of an appointment when they did not have capacity to work on it is NOT! Having commitments to be home within 7 hours of leaving, I had to take back the truck and reschedule. The poor service has so far cost me a day of my life and $30 in gas. And, I still have to try again.

The transmission is on its last legs and the shops are quoting me 7,000$ dollars to get it replaced(almost as much as I paid for the car.) along with other issues as well. I have owned the car for less than five months and discovered what a piece of junk it is (after I paid top dollar for the car is worth). Avoid this dealership at all costs, especially if you don't have a ton of cash lying around to repair the car they sell you, and beware of any car you do end up purchasing. Overall, I feel screwed over, and if you are not careful. You will likely end up in the same situation I am in. This place will screw you over with no remorse, and this is the exact type of place that gives car dealerships a bad reputation. Beware, and buy at the risk of being screwed over. Don't make the same mistake I did. If you need any more information on experiences with them. Look it up on Facebook, etc. I am far from the first person being screwed over by them, and I am sure I am far from the last. I cant emphasize enough, avoid this dealership at all costs!!!

The owner Chad was attentive and down to earth. The office staff made me feel very comfortable. When I actually met everyone in person my observations were confirmed. As far as I'm concerned, no one does internet sales better than Coyote Classics. Dave in sales handled my purchase. Chad Austin the owner, called me once I had picked out a car. There was no pressure, no money on the table, just a sincere "Hello and Welcome". However, halfway through I changed my mind when another car on their lot caught my attention, which I ultimately purchased. There was no friction at all. Coyote owns their classic cars. No consignments, no "I will talk to the owner and get back to you". Believe me, I had a lot of questions for Dave, including speaking with the previous owner (which I did). I had the car appraised and it produced a few new items that they took care of. The deal was done when owner Chad called me and said they detected low oil pressure and would fix it. It required taking the engine out to repair it, with no additional charges. While the engine was out, they even painted it, WOW! Now it was time to drive 650 (1300 round trip) miles from Ohio to Greene, Iowa to 'kick the tires" and test drive. The test drive itself was a lot of fun. I met Brant, their mechanic who took the time to put the car on a lift. Brant pointed out why he agrees with the appraiser that my 1967 Pontiac LeMans is mechanically and structurally sound. Brant really knows his stuff. Thanks to Chad, Dave, Brant, Justine, Erin and the rest of the staff.

I contacted them and was sent a check to cover those cost and for miss communication on there part. I drove the vehicle for about ten miles and since the day I received the car it ran rough. Upon further investigation I found that the cam and lifters were wiped out and this was supposed to be a 45000 mile engine. I have contacted Coyote Classics several times and they have not responded to this issue that was there before I received the car. So at my own expense if I want this dead car in my garage to move again, I will have to pay for it. Dealing with Coyote was no deal for me. If you don't go see the car that you want to buy, your taking a big chance on it costing you much more that you planed on.

This was the first stop we made on a somewhat undirected (at first) search for vehicles, and Mark Erickson was extremely helpful. Gookin had a decent selection of used vehicles - a handful of Fusions, a couple G6s, a Malibu, and some other assorted items, and Mark was very patient in walking us through all the features and differences between each vehicle, allowed us to test drive without even a second thought (didn't ride with us, didn't take our drivers licenses, nothing - just...here's the keys, let me know how you like it) and was very helpful in his suggestions - in a non-sleazy car salesman way, pointing out that a new Focus, while smaller in size, was roughly the same price after incentives as some of the used cars we were looking at. I kind of feel bad that we didn't end up buying here, given the amount of time and patience Mark spend with us, but they just didn't have the selection of George White. They were extremely helpful in guiding us towards a final decision though, and for that, I'll say I'm a fan.
