When we arrived they had us go PICK UP the person that was supposed to show up the houses, then he took me to two that we weren't even ones I had asked to see, then took me to 2 that we could not even go into. So I paid for a trip to fly from Houston to Haiti to go see three houses and not one of them I was able to go inside of. They said they would send me videos and thought that was OK, if I just wanted to see videos I would not have wasted $800 in airfare to come down here and look at these houses not to mention paying a driver $80 to drive me around. He was just as frustrated and could not believe how this company was operated. We literally drove around for almost 3 hours and never got to see the inside of ANY of the houses I had requested. After a year they needed an extension of the lease but they never did qualify. They were asked to leave but they refused. They wanted their non refundable deposit back for them to move out. We had no choice fearing they might do damage to our home. They stole many of our personal property that we used to maintain per home. very bad experience.

I have emails, social media proof of stalking and text messages at 1130 pm at night threatening to have the lock cut and take the money out of my bank account or invoice me like she did with the plumber because I didn't leave my set of keys in the lockbox that was not installed yet just because I didn't answer her from her text at 1130 by midnight...30 minutes.
