They did pay the rent on time for the first year but they transformed our beautiful property into a trash dump with cars and trucks leaking oil. After a year they needed an extension of the lease but they never did qualify. They were asked to leave but they refused. They wanted their non refundable deposit back for them to move out. We had no choice fearing they might do damage to our home. They stole many of our personal property that we used to maintain per home. very bad experience.
