The second and only suitable property was a condo it was nice and looked like the pictures. The third house i drove to on the other side of town had no lock box, so it was a complete waste of time. After the first house i realized they were using the same pictures for different listings, which is very deceptive! The next two houses were so run down and looked nothing like the photos i just kept driving. The last and final house was ok but there was a group of teens outside squaring up to fight, very unsettling! When i inquired about the one and only property that was decent i asked if we had to work locally because I've never heard of this being a determining factor and i googled this company before wasting the money on an application. they said they don't accept remote workers regardless of the 3x income. Shouldn't you be advertising that on your listings as its 2026. After reading these reviews it may be a blessing they don't accept remote work! Ill give them 2 stars for answering my inquiry about remote work and not making me apply first. Properties were not in great areas either, def view these properties in person before moving forward!

From the start this place has honestly not been excellent. There was clearly no inspection process…read morehere before you move into one of their units because my closet door fell off its hinges within the first week of living here, my roommates bathroom shower head has a leak, my toilet runs unless the handle is higher, we had to replace all the bulbs on our own because they were all so dim, and our mailbox was completely broken for weeks. All of these should have been addressed before we moved in. Within the first week we put in a work order to have all the above resolved. No one comes except after weeks for the mailbox. Eventually one handyman after 2+ weeks comes to get a quote for what he needs to do then come back once spectrum approves it. He never came back and they marked it as completed on the app, so I put it another request and it's not been 3+ weeks since that second time and still no one. We got a couple things fixed and paid with our own money because we couldn't wait any longer and asked to be refunded and they said no... Then our ac is out for 4 DAYS! It reaches 94 degrees - we are forced to find other accommodations during a work week. Now our lights are flickering for a month and they did send someone the next day, thankfully. Alfonso is the only kind and helpful one. Everyone else doesn't do anything and one girl was especially rude to my roommate and told her "you'll be fine" when our ac was out for days. Overall, this place is not proactive or reactive. Not excellent at all.
