I spoke with them many times before hand it was assured I would be able to go to them and look in the inside. When we arrived they had us go PICK UP the person that was supposed to show up the houses, then he took me to two that we weren't even ones I had asked to see, then took me to 2 that we could not even go into. So I paid for a trip to fly from Houston to Haiti to go see three houses and not one of them I was able to go inside of. They said they would send me videos and thought that was OK, if I just wanted to see videos I would not have wasted $800 in airfare to come down here and look at these houses not to mention paying a driver $80 to drive me around. He was just as frustrated and could not believe how this company was operated. We literally drove around for almost 3 hours and never got to see the inside of ANY of the houses I had requested. I am so furious right now. DO NOT USE THEM! Update: here is his copy:pasted response. He still doesn't get it. Why would I fly to Haiti if a virtual tour was all I needed?!?! Good morning Shelley, again I am sorry and take full responsibility for your disappointment. We always do our best to communicate with our clients throughout the process. Here is what we will do for you. For the house you could not see on Santo 9, once we have clearance from the occupants, we will schedule a virtual tour with you. Altidor will show you the house live on WhatsApp. Bear in mind that the house is unfinished & needs lots of upgrades. Thanks

Brittany was our agent and, I can say without a doubt, she is one of the best in the business. She learned her clients' wants and needs, she chased down properties she thought we would love, made appts on the fly, was accessible (even while on vacation...bad girl), gave us direct advice and support, and worked effortlessly to find us our perfect home at the best price. The Brooks Group is a fully dedicated team. The moment we put in an offer on a home, Blakely jumped right in to assist and aid us through the entire rest of the process. She effortlessly would: chase down answers we needed, schedule dates for inspections and appraisals, check in with us to find more ways to help and was on top of everything. She and Brittany were our team all the way through to the end and we could not have been in better hands. Thank you to the entire Brooks Group! We know that you found us the perfect home and will do it for every one that you work with. We are so excited to move into our new home this week. And, if we should ever move, you will be the first people we call to help us with the next stage of our lives. Thank you!

Margaret is an incompetent rude legend in her own mind. will never use them again and as a home health nurse providing healthcare to our community for the past 42 years, I consider it an obligation to warn our community of an "admin" who uses her small position as a way to harass a 67 year old woman living alone raising her 6 year old grandchild. . started asking at least in February about renewing lease again. my rent had never been late and never had a maintenance request in 2 yrs of living there. wasn't given an answer until 2 months so I had no time to find a suitable living situation and ended up having to leave half my property in the garage there because I wasn't allowed an extra day to take care of everything. she is now stalking my daughter Sara online on social media. I have emails, social media proof of stalking and text messages at 1130 pm at night threatening to have the lock cut and take the money out of my bank account or invoice me like she did with the plumber because I didn't leave my set of keys in the lockbox that was not installed yet just because I didn't answer her from her text at 1130 by midnight...30 minutes. I was with a patient in their home and I don't answer texts from property management or anyone that late I did not clean the home before leaving because of time constraints of having a notice to vacate sent at the last moment. if you use Pacifico, and you don't mind being treated like shit, Margaret Aragone is the admin for you. this is what you may get if she is allowed to continue to harass and demean clients without impunity.
