When someone is there they are very rude and unprofessional. They treat you like you are stupid! Dont be even 7 days past your due date or they will cut your lock and make you get another one or pay for one of theirs. They only have a 7 day grace period. Within 21 days they are ready to sell your stuff. Dont get me started on how much they raise the prices of their units. I started with a normal range for one of the small units, and now starting in November of 2025 its going up to 69.00. Told them no one can afford that for a small unit and they laughed at me and said thats my opinion and i cant find a unit for a better price. Theres times i was locked inside the gate and had to try and get them to help me and they were no help! WORST STORAGE UNITS IVE EVER DELT WITH!

So even though we're moving in and moving out on the same day which is one month so it should be free. We still are getting charged an extra $12 or $11 in ordered to get in the unit then when I try and call customer service that lady doesn't even have access to my unit. So I have to wait an hour for somebody to call me back in the regional manager that finally called me back was so rude and yelled and then eventually hung up on us over an $11 bill. I sure hope she never gets promoted to deal with real money if she's yelling at a customer over a little bill that I feel really I shouldn't even owe
