I started off paying $109 for a 10x20 unit, after a few months the rent went up to $175 then a few more months later it went up to $224 This is all less than a year. and I never git my free month. Now I'm paying $341 a month and they keep going up. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING be Careful they are crooks this place is full of lies and very misleading. the website is charging $113 for a 10X20 but I'm paying $341. This so called introductory charge is a joke because they will get the money back when they start raising your rent every few months as stated do not rent from this company unless you don't mind getting ripped off. Even tho the staff is nice. The value is outrageous. We went in at 73$ 10x15 and after a few months it went to 119$ then a few more months 155$. This is less than a year. And they keep going up. Worthless. They are attempting to stick me with insurance. Here's how it works: PS waives the insurance for the first month. Raises the question why. Especially in light of the fact that they add the insurance back in for your second payment. Raises the question why? If no insurance is needed in the first month why is needed and added in for the second month payment. Answer: they are trying to slip the nick to the customer. This location is horrendous...Everytime I go up here there is NO property manager or any staff manning the office but, the sign on the door says were "open"What a joke they simply don't want to spend the resources no respect for other people's TIME or Gas. We were chargers over $400 for a storage rental for 37 days. The property manager Charles seemed disoriented and confused. He was combative and rude. When we walked out he locked the doors as if 2 Black women were a threat to him. Please Never rent here. We are calling corporate office and we will not let this matter go! read more

I want to start this Review by saying the Manager at this location who is Filipino young lady is a awesome Manager and she did everything she could by trying to get me to stay in the unit 2012 but Public storage was rising my unit rent I was in the unit for a little bit over Two years this unit started at $140 dollars a Month then after 6 month it went up to $200 then after 6 months it went up to $240 and another 6 months it went up to $302 it stayed there for a minute and it went up to $376 I have been asking to lower my monthly payment but they did it once it went up to $367 and the lowered it to $302 and then after just 3 months it went back up to $376 also this location don't have cameras my unit was broken into twice you would think there insurance company would pay me for the things that was missing since I had insurance for over 2 year they never paid off at all I was missing 5 smart tv and two surround sounlds and two two home stereos this was totaled about $3000 I paid for insurance me and my sister is on this unit let me say this company is a fraud and dishonest I don't recommend anyone go to this public don't go here please don't go the best thing this place have is the Manager also the are trying to force people to put a card on file so they can charge you the customer every month please don't fall for this that is a fraud also remember I wrote in this review that your unit will keep going up please don't fall for that I remember talking to the General Manager who happened to be at this location when I came to pay my monthly unit bill I told him the price was outrageous he said to me out of his Mouth he said if I don't like the price move out because they will have no problem putting some one else in the unit I knew then they don't care about the customer the only care about that is why the insurance company didn't pay me for my items that was stolen out of my unit please don't waste your time with Public Storage I recommend you go to Uhaul storage they don't rise prices and that is in the Contract Public Storage is a Fraud and I don't recommend anyone to go there at all we are the Customer show them we do matter and if you like to ask me anything please feel free to leave a Comment and i know public storage is not going to say anything because everything I'm saying here is the Truth is lucky to get a 1 star because if I had a choice they would not get a Star at all this is just a sad place and they don't care about the Customer at all... read more

Im only using them for a month and I've only had the unit a couple of weeks but I'm pleased. The lady in the office was really understanding and helpful. She was very nice and professional as well. I've never rented a storage unit so I was confused about a couple of things and she was very helpful with me. I haven't had any issues with moisture but I've only had my stuff in there for 1 day and I'm taking the rest out tomorrow so maybe it's not enough time to have it but I would figure if it was gunna happen it would happen right away especially with the weather and and how much snow were having currently. All and all I'm very satisfied with this location and staff. read more

Absolutely horrible! Ridiculous amount of moisture and water in my unit! Boxes and items ruined! The manager said "oh that's normal"....really, why not tell people that when they rent it! My moving company said they've never seen this much moisture and water in a unit, they move people out of them all the time! I rented the unit for six weeks while a I was in between homes and I will never rent from them again! I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied!!! read more

I rented here for 3 months, the southern girl was very polite. I wish i could say the same about the manager. She is very rude, very cold. I paid $80 a month for a closet size unit! everything now smells of mothballs! my unit also leaked and caused damage to a lot of my items. The one review other than this was made by an employee that works at the facility. (i was told this by that employee when i signed up) All in all i would not recomend this place, for the price there are much better places. read more
