Absolutely useless customer service and deliveries are often 7 days late or more.

According to the hubs, pricing is almost a dollar less than SJ. Another plus, they are open 24 / 7, so restrooms are avail round the clock. Tho there have been a few times where they were cleaning the bathroom, so it was not avail. I've never checked them out, but that's what the hubs says. Easy to hop off 50E or 50W when in need of gas. The gas prices are comparable to other gas stations in the area, the store is very clean, and the people are helpful. The store is your typical convenience store with snacks, drinks, sundries, the like. they also have a deli, but when I was there on a Saturday at 11 AM, it wasn't open. They do have a good selection of beer, wine, a few souvenirs such as shirts, and they even sell Sacramento Kings and other trading cards. They have a car wash, but it is a touchless car wash. I personally have not had a lot of luck with touchless car washes. . One thing that they don't have, is any slot machines. A lot of the Native American gas stations do have an area that you can play slots. But since this is not on the same property as the casino, that may be the reason that they don't. Overall, it's a good place to stop.

Very very disrespectful "manager" When given the task of…read moreringing up my gas I as a 32 year old woman was ID'd to PUMP GAS. Not only was my age verified but it was required that my ID be scanned. Never have I had this happened in the state of California in the 16 years I've been driving. When I asked for an explanation she angrily told me it was her company policy and she would get fired if she didn't do it and then proceeded to say rude comments under her breath and yell at me as I walked out the door. If I hadn't already paid I would have driven to another gas station. I've only had pleasant experiences but this "manager" has only ensure I will drive out of my way to get gas elsewhere. Advice to the owners? Cut your losses and find yourself a new manager before you lose more customers.

I went in to ask them to turn the air on for me to pump up my tire. When I inquired to the manager…read moreto please turn the air on, she told me that someone cut the hose. She claimed she needed to call someone to fix it. I went out and looked at the hose and it looked fine. There was no sign on the pump saying out of order. My friend who was with me thought it looked fine as well. I went to another gas station to fill my tire up but the hose didn't work well. By the time l evening came, my tire was really low. I went back to 76. There was another employee there, and I asked him to turn on the air and he said, "sure". I'm baffled why the manager would lie and deny me air in my tire. I frequent there and I've never seen the manager smile and I have seen her be nasty to other customers, but I always smile at her and ask how she's doing. She doesn't care about retaining local business.

WHY is Safeway charging two cents extra, eh? Inside Arco, you'll notice the typical retail snacks and drinks; as an added bonus, there's a not-so-new Mexican Restaurant; the other, fast-food restaurant closed: The Mexican Restaurant took over the old, Schlotzky (spelling?) restaurant's business establishment which its location is in the same building as the Arco Gas Station's Retail Store. BTW: If, you're heading towards Lake Tahoe for Labor Day Weekend, I suggest filling up your vehicle at this Arco Gas Station: 1. Less expensive gas price=$3.09 per gallon-regular 2. Easy access to Arco via Forni Road and Highway 50 3. Quick, accessible, clean bathrooms 4. Get an inexpensive car wash 5. Easy access to Highway 50 from Arco FYI: Across the street or not far from Arco Gas Station are the following businesses: In and Out Burger Office Depot CHP Car Dealerships AND . . . The USDA Forestry Service located at 100 Forni Road, Placerville, CA 95667; 530-622-5061, TTY 530-642-5122, FAX 530-621-5297; office hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30PM; schedule: Monday through Friday, open year-round; however, it's closed during the holidays. Furthermore, obtaining a fire permit or reserving a Federal campsite from the USDA Forestry Service is truly ideal before driving to Lake Tahoe. Literally, Arco's convenient location makes filling up with gas, chowing some quick snacks, chugging down a few drinks, buying office supplies or anything digital, obtaining mandatory fire permits, reserving a cool, Federal campsite, and waving,"Hi!" to CHP's Officer Friendly knocks off the massive "Honey-Do List" completing a plethora of errands quickly and efficiently.

Inside they had separate bathrooms, women's I think had 2 stalls. I will return again if I'm in the area.
