Went to get gas at my local gas station today…read more Went inside to get treats while I waited for my car to fill up. The worker (I believe she's actually an owner) had a great conversation with me about my kids while I was in there and my family as I come here often. (This is important later) I went outside and my car wasn't done filling, so I went to the side to talk to my wife and son. We talked for a minute or so and I was wondering why my pump hadn't turned off yet. To my surprise I went around to find the pump spewing out gas from the pump all over the side of my car. I estimate 2-3 gallons of wasted gas went down my car. When I went inside to discuss the problem, the worker (I believe she's an owner as she's there 24/7) was pretending she didn't understand me and that I was complaining about the price of the gas. Trust me I don't even look at the price when filling premium, the issue was the wasted gas I was forced to pay for. She told me she was "just a worker and she could do nothing about it" I told her that's fine I will dispute the difference with my credit card company. Which she instantly became disgruntled about. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Worst gas station in El Dorado County and I will not be back. I'd rather over pay at the Chevron up the street. I don't support scam artists and

On this trip, we didn't start on "Full" and a precautionary ~1/2 tank fill-up in Hang Town seemed reasonable. Plus, gasoline prices only get higher in the mountains. I'm not sure that the Placerville Valero is the cheapest, but it is easily accessible off US 50, especially if when we stop at the nearby Starbucks first. This time around, I didn't read the separate cash/credit prices closely enough, but I was just happy to have a full tank as we headed down the road.

When I used the women it was clean, men my friends told me was flooded & the cashier just shrugged.
