I had to go to the office to tell her I couldn't get gas. I went back and saw the previous customer didn't get a receipt as it asked on the machine so I pressed "no" to expedite my service. The new gas station employee came out with a chip on her shoulder accusing me of making a mistake and saying my $25 purchase was eliminated. I was upset with her attitude, and replied accordingly, and I snapped at her saying, "I didn't do anything wrong and only wanted gas but couldn't." She then told me to leave the premises and I said I paid $25 and wanted my gas and she refused to help me. I have contacted my CITI card twice and told them this story and I left a message on the Pendleton phone on Sunday but still have not had the $25 credited back to me. I had to go to another gas station and pay another $25 at Speedway to get the gas I needed which required me going a couple of miles out of my way. I will no longer shop at this gas station due to the abuse from this newish employee. This isn't the first time she has been impolite to me. There is no direct phone line for this Pendleton gas station. One must contact the propane office of Pendleton, next door, which apparently owns the gas station. I hope this message helps others so this never happens to any other unsuspecting customer in the future.

They are patient and taking the time to explain in assure you understand the caution and benefits. I would reach them Monday and be told they would be filling Tuesday. Excellent. Asked if someone could come by to light the pilot. They "requested" a service call and said I would have someone call to schedule. Did not happen. Day two, called go the same advice about the needed pilot lighting. Day three, I was told that they don't do such things (same number, far as I could tell, same service person) and suggested I call a plumbing and heating company. An extra 48 hours with no propane (no heat, stove, or hot water while struggling with my husband dying in the ICU) because these asshats said they would do it, said it again, then said they never could. Got a real tech from TLC in that afternoon to fix the problem. Funnier still, weeks later, I get a call from one of their techs wondering if I still need help relighting my pilots. I told him what happened and he was horrified and said he was calling in to try to get me a discount on my last $1000 load. Never heard a thing since. SHOCKING!!! Ya'll are AWFUL not because mistakes were made (repeatedly),, but because YOU KNOW IT and DON'T CARE!!!!! Useless!!

I literally got charged for him doing NOTHING. Go to Rio Grande Propane or Kit Carson. My Taos office won't make this charge go away so maybe posting on EVERY single online option such as google maps, yelp, FB and more about how I got charged and still am 90 bucks on my account when Chris came here and did NOTHING on my property nor did he tell me or my plumber things we didn't already know, maybe at least telling the world might help... and if not, at least people get the hard truth about your company.
