I called out this company, and Mike was able to diagnose the bearings were seizing up. I would need a new blower motor. The price he quoted was reasonable. I asked if it was worth getting done. He said, that based on the age of my furnace (Over 40 years old) that a new furnace was recommended. The thing is that this company doesn't sell or install new furnaces, they only repair. What I really appreciated, was how he turned down business to give me proper advice. And to add, he did not even charge me for the service call. This is someone who has a passion and loves their work and believes in an honest and fair way of doing business. You really do stand out in this day and age! The least I can do is recommend your business for the future.

But the price for the Dual Capacitor installation - I was kind of floored, but I thought "That has to be a miscalculation." So I called back and asked if the pricing was correct. He was a little defensive and held firm on the work/price. We hung up. I did the math again and it was starting to rile me up a little bit when I get a phone call from Mike. Standup dude proceeds to educate me on the struggles of small business and that he had acted on my wife's wishes (our mistake for not figuring stuff out before we agreed). He says the words that single-handedly changed this from a 3-Star to a 5-Star review: "How can I make this right?" We settled on a price that still got him the profit to operate but seemed a little more fair to us. He'll be swinging by with a check for that difference. Customer for life. Next time I have any HVAC issues, I'll be going to him - he lives up to his name.

The installer Randy was a very professional guy, very patient with me, as I was asking him a 100 million questions and basically trying to talk to him while he was working. finally, I figured out he couldn't work and talk at the same time very well. so I left him alone I also have to give Randy credit, the 1st day he arrived to do the job, while they were removing the old furnace, randy's helper ended up hurting his back and having to leave so for 2 days Randy worked by himself on the 3rd day they brought him 2 helpers to get the job finished, the young helper was a great guy. I don't know his name. Was very friendly. but his other person helping him was an another installer and I have to admit, he was a bit of an asshole. But I didn't let it bother me all in all a very good job and I'm glad we went with them

I used the project quote function on Yelp to snag some pricing and info from local plumbers. In chatting with Al over yelp, he had me send some pictures and gave me a general idea of pricing. Unfortunately for me, my setup is non-compliant with current code specs. Fortunately for me, Al was able to come check it out in person the next day. He was then able to get back to me and upgrade my system, install a new water heater, and take the old one out... all within 72 hours of my original request. Some of the larger companies in the area were a week or more out before even willing to come give me an estimate. Can't say enough positive things about Breyer's. From start to finish it was a friendly, professional, and well done project. If i need a plumber in the future, they'll be my first call.

They replied to my request for the price for a visit within a few hours of initial communication, and Al came the next day . He explained everything as he examined the A/C, fan and motor. It was a motor/fan problem for AC and furnace. Since my furnace was 13 years old and had a few hiccups last winter already, i asked them to replace with brand new one. Today (next day) D'Artagnon and his colleague came @8 am to replace my old furnace. They even made a few updates on pipes for drainage (so that water goes into the drain directly without spilling). Now my AC is blowing nice cold air and I don't have to worry about the furnace for at least another 10 years (that comes with 10 year warranty). The price for this installation was reasonable, as it was a bit lower than my old furnace. They did all within 3.5 hours. Al followed up with a call to make sure I was satisfied with their work within 30 min. I felt they were thorough and very professional, and honest and do care about their customers.
