Researching online, Chimney Sweepers was probably the only company that had consistently good reviews. They were also able to come quickly which was nice. On the other hand, before to pay more to get something done right (especially when it comes to your house). The workers were on time and did a good job. In addition to the camera work, they checked things out on the roof as well. They worked independently, got everything done quickly, and the company followed up afterwards with video too. Not giving me a heads up to call someone to cap the boiler flue? I didn't know this until I went up to the rooftop to check out the situation myself, because a storm was coming through and when I looked at the chimney from ground level it looked wrong. This could have been a disaster if I didn't catch it and called another company who was available to come by and cap the flue. Not sure what these guys are doing, but seems sketchy to me. Also tried to convince me I need a new chimney, roof and boiler set up. Second opinion said no to all. Two stars because fireplace insert is working.
