America's Best Wings - Honey 10 Piece Boneless Wings Combo with Fries & 20 oz. Drink Honey Old Bay & Honey Lemon Pepper - Chicken Wings Near Me - Upper Marlboro, Maryland

Do yourself a favor and drive past this location. Ordered honey bbq wings and fries yesterday, and let me just say that someone needs to report them to the Department of Health. The wings taste like they were cooked on last Saturday, covered with sauce, and sold on Thursday. The skin was ridiculously tough to bite and chew. It felt like my gums were being cut. I will never order from this place again, and I will let multiple know to check your food before leaving. On second thought, I will place a call to the local health department because those wings were disgusting. The fries were generic and cold. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. read more

Ordered a 10 wing combo and the man at the counter happend to leave the window to the back where they cook the food open. Shocked to see the man tossing the wings around WITH HIS BARE HANDS and then after putting the wings in the box he LICKED HIS FINGERS!!! Please DONT eat here !! read more

I love this chain chicken place in general. I was really surprised to find that there was one in upper Marlboro where I was driving past one day. They're pretty fast and my order was prepared correctly I always get the chicken wings with Moondust seasoning. My only negative comment is that the wings at this location actually didn't have enough Moondust seasoning on it. However upon request they did give me a side of the seasoning to sprinkle over my wings. I was just glad that I asked before I pulled out of the parking lot. Very nice staff and it's clean. I also found the Bowie location to be just as nice staff. I think the prices are a little steep for not for chicken wings but only wing dings I think it's like $10 for 10 wing dings really really a rip off as far as that's concerned when you can go to the grocery store and get a bag of wing dings for $10 and there's probably 40 in there. But I guess everybody has to make a profit. And I'm paying for the convenience. read more

America's best??? This place has the WORST customer service EVER! Avoid at all cost...no seriously DO! After working a 12 hour day and attending a PTO meeting at my daughter's school, We decided to make a quick stop at this establishment before heading home. If I knew what I know now, I would have went straight home, gave the kids cereal and snacked on the 6 month old pistachios in my cupboard. I decided to order the 10 piece wings which came up to $10.50. I handed the young lady behind the counter my card to complete the purchase. She gave me the receipt to sign and......."What the F*ck!!" $110.50!!! This genius overcharged my card by 100 damn dollars!!! I calmly handed her back my receipt pointing out her error. She looks at me blankly and asked me what's wrong. "You OVER charged me for my 10 piece wings ". She motions for what I believed to be a manager and they both spend a good 30 minutes trying to figure out how to refund my money. In the mean time my 7 year old daughter is getting impatient and my 10 piece wings have turned ice cold. They finally figure it out and went through the process of refunding my money. BUT what happened so far is NOT why I gave this establishment the one measly star dangling above. The one star is for not refunding ALL my money. Money for my waisted time and ice cold wings! Not to mention it would take 48 hours for my $100 to go back on my card!! I called them out on their foolishness and they still refused to refund me for the chicken....In short I will never again give this establishment my business even if they sprinkled their chicken with gold dust. ** I posted a picture of my refund read more

America's Best Wings - They overcharged me by $100!! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Upper Marlboro, Maryland

This is was so terrible please don't waste your money!! I had hair in my food.My fruit punch was watered down and tasted nothing like fruit punch. The prices are also high for a little amount of food. read more

I finally decided to try this place. This was my first time at any America's Best Wings so I asked the cashier about the flavors. She giggled and said she didn't know. I order my wings and when I got home and took a bite, they were very dry. Dryer than they would be for well done. I love wings but couldn't eat these. I ended up throwing them away. I was hoping this was just a bad day for them but after reading the other reviews, it doesn't seem like it. read more

This place has deteriorated. To start off, they got rid of the crinkle fries and replaced them with these nasty hard skinny fries that's enough to just ruin the meal. The quality of the wings have also gone down. They are extra crunchy and much more bland. We will be finding a different wing spot. read more

Well ordered America's Best wings for my lunch....had started to feel SO DIZZY! Like literally had to lay back and the room was spinning like a hangover; all Becuz I hadn't eaten (I'm 5 months pregnant). Anyway food finally gets here and it's A DISGUSTING waste of my time!!! Ordered the steak and cheese combo with the 5 Wings (boneless) and my DRY Moon Dust on the side. Gets here and the wings are Bone In and only FOUR! Moon Dust was wet and not DRY! I specifically ordered the mayo on the side of the sub Becuz I didn't want it to be soggy...the soggiest sub EVER! The fries were cold and nasty. They forgot my ranch even if I was gonna decide to eat these damn wings. $15 and 30 min later and my head STILL HURTS! read more

America's Best Wings - a chicken sandwich and fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Upper Marlboro, Maryland

See all

We order wings, fish and fries from them on occasion. We've never been disappointed. Food was good.

The famous chef Thomas was appalled to find a paper label in the batter on the fish. There is no excuse for this negligence. This place should be shut down by the state of Maryland. If possible to give them a 0 rating, I will. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

America's Best Wings - A paper label found in this fish batter. See numbers 15/2593 written on the label. Totally disgusting. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Upper Marlboro, Maryland

Slowest ABW I've ever visited. I waited 30 minutes for an order when there were only 2 people in front of me. One guy waited 50 minutes. 4 employees standing behind the register didn't help the perception. By the time I left, the place was packed with people complaining about the wait times. read more

My husband and I tried to place an order at this location but decided not to do so. When we called the establishment, the employee answered the phone as if it was her personal cell phone. Ok???... Finally, when we clarified that we had not dialed the wrong number, we asked a few questions about the items on the menu. The employee had no idea what we were talking about. Interesting. We asked if there was a manager to speak to and go figure, there was not one on shift! My biggest pet peeve is poor customer service. I get that it's not five star dining but at least TRY to be competent at your job on the most basic tasks! That should be a given for any work establishment. read more

I wish I could give a rating under one star! I ordered 30 wings from this restaurant as an add on for a family dinner. NEVER AGAIN!!! The Wings were so dry that you couldn't even swallow. They used to be really good a couple years ago. I believe they Fry the wings for the whole day and then re-fry them when someone orders wings. The meat had a stringy cardboard like texture. Very upsetting $32 down the drain!!! read more

wings were very small and cooked hard. brought three meals, small wing box, 10 piece wings and chicken wrap combos. Came to $34. I called ahead. So when I arrived I asked why my order was so high. They charge additional $2.99 to make each item a combo. So I paid $5.99 + 2.99 to make 3pc of small tasteless wings a combo. That's about $9.00. What the heck! I was very disappointed in the wings. I am sticking to Eddy's carryout . This place has been a disappointment really since they opened. But I was giving them another try. Oh well, not anymore. have the nerve to go up on prices. Need Undercover Boss to come in. read more

On some occasions, they don't have the classic crinkle fries expected from them. For that reason, they have to get 3 stars. The wing flavors are wonderful. They have a flavor for everyone. As a spice fanatic, I love that I can get the nuclear wings and be satisfied. Convenient for the Upper Marlboro area. Nice, clean shop to get your wings from. I recommend calling ahead. My order is always ready when I come to pick it up. read more

Terrible customer service I will never come back and this happen twice I refuse to give my money to a bad business

I'm a fan of ABW!! I went to this one and was highly disappointed! The wings wings were extremely small! Will try another ABW, but not this one. Garlic Parmesan and Honey Old Bay are my favorites. I have to give two-stars b/c of the wing size at this location. read more

I'm pretty surprised by the reviews. I'm a regular customer. The service is quick and the wing flavors is good. My favorite is honey lemon peppered wings and the 24K. The food is always hot and cooked fresh to order. read more

If I could give they ass a 0 I would I've been back to this place twice for the same order and they still fucked it up and burned my food both times, not to mention when I took it back the guy asked me what it was I wanted remade when the whole order was burnt tf up .. The drink I got from the fountain tasted like water which I didn't even drink it until I got all the way back home for a 3rd time and refused to go back for a damn drink that was 2.00 and they tried to charge me for blue cheese after I got 40 fucking wings.. Shut this bitch down smh ridiculous!!! read more

The chicken wings are good. The Old Bay wings were way tooooo salty. The carbon sodas are always horrible. They charge you .50 for a small container of blue cheese or ranch. They are fairly new and perhaps they are overwhelmed so I will give them one more try read more

Was excited for this ABW to open. The first time I went, I ordered bone in wings. They were ok, but a little on the dry side. Had to wait 25 minutes for my wings. Also had to remind the cashier when he handed me my bags, that I had paid for extra blue cheese. The second time, I ordered boneless wings - THEY WERE DISGUSTING. They had no breading on them and very greasy. I will give this establishment one more try as I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are still pretty new, but I don not think I will ever order boneless wings again. read more

I ordered 20 buffalo wings last night and they were awful. They were reheated wings, hardly no meat to speak of just crunchy greasy wings. Yuk! read more

The worst customer service. I ordered the steak & chicken combo with old bay seasoning. They put the whole can of old bay. I couldnt enjoy the chicken and the steak was minced. Who makes minced steak & cheese. I didnt see the cheese. LSS. I told him. He looking like a deer in the headlites. Offered me something else. Once my new plain wings were ready, I was not aware until I asked. My first and last visit. read more

Wait time is absolutely absurd for food that isn't good at all. The employees seem to do a whole lot of nothing regardless if it is busy or not. Oh and they touch the food with their bare hands. No gloves at all. I saw it with my own eyes and that was the first and last time I will ever go there. For just a couple dollars more I can go to BWW and get better food, better service and a better atmosphere. Stay away at all costs. read more
