This is THE WORST motel I've ever stayed! It is dirty, disgusting, stinks, and falling apart. Looks like a squat pad. The sink smells like mold and the water in the sink smells like sewage. I had to use a bottle of water to brush my teeth. The tv would not even turn on. Stains on everything. I couldn't even sleep because I was so afraid of being in this place and what I might catch. Smelled like raid. I used some Clorox wipes to wipe everything down and they were brown and yellow after each wipe so they obviously never clean which I am sure you can see if you look at my pictures of the place. The ad on hotels.com was very deceiving and I will be filing a complaint. THE TWO POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY THE OWNERS!!! I know because the pictures of them on their yelp accounts are of the same people that were working at the motel. I am just happy that I made it out alive! EDIT: The owners responded to my hotels.com review by saying that my family was not in a sober state of mind and that is the reason for the poor review. My family being my husband, me, a 6 month pregnant woman and my 11 year old son who were all very sober! We were heading home from a road trip to visit my parents. They also complained that my husband wasn't wearing a mask when he was, in fact the male working there when we checked in was not wearing a mask! They also said I yelled at them when checking in which is a total lie. The man asked for my card at check in and I just asked if he could find my reservation because I saw him sliding my card a few times when I had already payed for the room on hotels.com. Then the next morning I had been charged 62.00 two more times besides the 84.00 that I payed for the room. These people are such scammers/liers it's disgusting.

So it wasn't staff they are accommodating and check-in was easy but that's all that is good about…read morethis place. We opened door to room and was hit with the most noxious fumes from what I guess is industrial cleaner it was so bad it made my wife and I nauseous eyes burning even my dogs were trying to get out. The room itself was dirty beds were suspect carpets extremely worn and dirty just a nightmare. We had to leave. Worst motel I been in cleanliness specifically as an issue in many years. Also as a footnote if you use a booking service please don't just take the reviews do some extra checking only takes a short time and also make sure you spend a little extra for trip protection, I usually don't because I'm familiar with most places I stay when traveling but regret not doing it for this trip.

This was the last room for 50 miles of the Pendelton Round-Up, and the price was jacked! This place…read moreis disgusting - trash everywhere, room was filthy and smelled like a wet dog, water comes out of the tap with sediment in it, room service hadn't cleaned or vaccumed before we checked-in (potato chip crumbs and dirty tissues around the bed), sheets were threadbare and felt like 50 grit sandpaper, windows did not open and no fan in the bathroom, A/C did not work, and despite the big message board on the sign at the road ("FREE WI-FI and NEW HD TV's) there was no remote for the TV so we could not even turn it on. When we asked the staff to help us make the TV work, 3 times in 2 nights, they were rude and did not care one bit (too concerned about chatting with their friends in the lobby and whatever they were all doing on their phones). Don't stay here, you've been warned. Keep on driving or sleep in your car - you'll be better off!

The place is very new and up to date and very accommodating. The parking lot is huge and pretty well lit. The entrance includes the breakfast area which is great, the pool and hot tub which looked clean and folks were enjoying it. Everything is spotlessly clean. Our room was perfect. Well lit. The shower was great water pressure. Baby Keurig was stocked with Kirkland coffee. Microwave and fridge new. TV and amazingly and rare TV guide with channel icon and big font so I can read it easily! Quiet room. The breakfast was terrific. Made to order omelets? Yes and wow! Juice, Multiple types Of coffee, fruit, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns - the works! Would stay here again in a second! The price was on the high side however but you get what you pay for. First class all the way. This is the way a property should be managed!

Pros: -Good value…read more-Well maintained and clean property -Friendly staff -Spacious room -Large mini fridge -Four comfortable pillows per bed -Strong water pressure/usable showerhead Cons: -No luggage carts available -Confusing and outdated entertainment system on the TV -Limited parking/hotel hosting events that take parking away from guests -No information given about WiFi/no apparent WiFi available I stayed here because all of the hotels in the Tri-Cities area were horribly overpriced. This Best Western Plus offers a surprisingly good value with a room that was more spacious and comfortable than I expected along with a beautiful view. There is a Denny's and a convenience store nearby both of which I took advantage of. I am beyond sick and tired of hotels that refuse to buy enough luggage carts to have them available for their guests, and also refuse to enforce any kind of policy that holds guests responsible for returning the carts in a timely manner. Suggestion: If you want a cart you provide a $50 deposit (charged to your room) and if the cart is not returned in 30 minutes you lose the deposit. I should not have to make 8 trips back and forth at check-in AND check-out to shuttle my belongings from a full-size SUV packed for a 3 week roadtrip (everyone knows not to leave a single item in their vehicle overnight). The TV's built-in entertainment system was frustrating to navigate and outdated. I expect easy access to Netflix/Tubi/Prime Video in 2026. I was not given any info about WiFi and I could not find a WiFi signal. Parking is very limited and even more so when the hotel is hosting a party on their back lawn. If management would address some of the issues mentioned above this could be a 5 star Best Western Plus, it certainly has the potential.

The property is stunning -- each room uniquely styled with international flair, from Italian and Spanish to French and even Dubai-inspired décor. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with a pool area that instantly transported us to Tuscany. There were plenty of loungers for relaxing by the sparkling swimming pool, plus a generously sized hot tub to unwind in. The staff truly elevated our stay -- warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. A special shoutout to Rosalina, who was an absolute gem. She made us feel so welcome and even surprised us with a homemade tres leches cake to celebrate one of our friend's birthdays. That personal touch meant the world. We dined at the property one evening; the meal was enjoyable, though not quite exceptional. Still, the ambiance of the mansion more than made up for it. Located about 20 minutes outside downtown Walla Walla, Cameo Heights offers a peaceful retreat -- serene, secluded, and blissfully quiet. The only trade-off is the drive to and from wine tastings, which can feel a bit long at times. But once you're back, it's pure tranquility.

The mansion itself is gorgeous along with the salt water pool and botanicals. There was an accident that had caused some water to come into the room. Not a big deal to us at all, it was very minor. The owner was so kind and gave us an additional night for free! We got to really enjoy the mansion since we had another night. We took bubble baths, watched movies, played ping pong, and ate dinner at The Vine fine dining restaurant (my review for how amazing it was is separate from this one). We loved how calm and quiet everything was as there were no children allowed either. The wake up service was great AND the coffee was so good which is unheard of at most hotels. ;) Breakfast was indescribable, OMG!!! Top shelf chefs are employed here! Michelle and Jessica were very kind and accommodating during our trip. Overall a much needed stay that was absolutely perfect.
