We were told yes we have one for the night, being Saturday morning you would think no worries check out will be Sunday, well guess not and there is nothing that can be done and you and your 3 kids can be out by 11 that same day, Thanks Hannah. Oh and coincidentally there is no manager on the weekends so not sure how any problems will be addressed if they arise. But hey thanks for paying all that money for not even half a day. Not much I can do with 3 sleeping kids and no one that can do anything since there isn't a manager available. What a great hotel! Also just found out this morning that Hannah lied about the price and it is not what she had said . Tried to talk to the new person at the front desk and got told oh well you can talk to the manager who will be in at 3 pm, really Hannah I thought there was no manager on the weekends? One thing you should know it is not next to the freeway but next to a busy intersection and loud traffic noise. Room was excellent motel was fairly quiet bed was awesome king-size just like home. Slept well all night, although had to keep the fan on high because of traffic noise. Quite impressed for a motel we never stayed in.

Also, the staff were very nice. I could tell that they were kind and took pride in their jobs, however they had to know that the quality of the rooms were just so so. However, compared to the hotels in the area Econo Lodge seemed like a 5 star hotel. For a week stay it was okay as I was in and out, but longer than that and most of your time is there I would pass. The bathrooms need some serious TLC and if you are tall or even average size good luck closing the bathroom door. I would change this out for a barn door. The tub and sink just needs to be replaced--especially the tub. Also, the hot water takes a minute to come on no matter the time that you try to use it. I would take the drive and stay in Pasco. Minus three stars as the hotel needs some TLC, especially the bathrooms. Also, they need to add an elevator as there may not always be a first floor available for those with a physical disability or injury.
