The room was clean, spacious, and functional. Management was quick to fix a billing error after check out as well. 10/10 I would stay here again

Also just found out this morning that Hannah lied about the price and it is not what she had said . Tried to talk to the new person at the front desk and got told oh well you can talk to the manager who will be in at 3 pm, really Hannah I thought there was no manager on the weekends? One thing you should know it is not next to the freeway but next to a busy intersection and loud traffic noise. Room was excellent motel was fairly quiet bed was awesome king-size just like home. I had accidentally booked a handicap accessible room when using Orbitz. She was calling to see if that was a necessity and if there was anything else they could prepare for us if that was the case. We told her that we did not need an accessible room. She mentioned they'd had a crazy day and she worried our room would not be ready by 4pm. This was fine as we wouldn't arrive until after 5. No big deal. She decided to upgrade us to an extended stay room anyway, equipped with a fridge and range top. The room was nicer than I had anticipated. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There are blackout curtains in the room that made for very peaceful sleep after a late night at the county fair. No streetlights leaking in. If your kids want to swim and if you need tiny boxes of cereal in the morning, this may not be the place for you. For me, I spent $50 less than what the other hotels charged and was treated to a great room with an incredible staff of people making sure all our needs were met. Thank you to Kellie and the team.
