I've worked in the industry and even for a Quality Inn I expect more there's a reason they call it hospitality. Live up to that 'quality' label even if it's simple. For example you're given about 5 of the travel size bottles in the room along with your soap so it looks like plenty but two of them are lotion and two are conditioner... only 1 is shampoo therefore most of them go to waste and you're still asking for more shampoo. - Honest Feedback

We were told yes we have one for the night, being Saturday morning you would think no worries check out will be Sunday, well guess not and there is nothing that can be done and you and your 3 kids can be out by 11 that same day, Thanks Hannah. Oh and coincidentally there is no manager on the weekends so not sure how any problems will be addressed if they arise. But hey thanks for paying all that money for not even half a day. Not much I can do with 3 sleeping kids and no one that can do anything since there isn't a manager available. What a great hotel! Also just found out this morning that Hannah lied about the price and it is not what she had said . Tried to talk to the new person at the front desk and got told oh well you can talk to the manager who will be in at 3 pm, really Hannah I thought there was no manager on the weekends? I had accidentally booked a handicap accessible room when using Orbitz. She was calling to see if that was a necessity and if there was anything else they could prepare for us if that was the case. We told her that we did not need an accessible room. She mentioned they'd had a crazy day and she worried our room would not be ready by 4pm. This was fine as we wouldn't arrive until after 5. No big deal. She decided to upgrade us to an extended stay room anyway, equipped with a fridge and range top. The room was nicer than I had anticipated. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There are blackout curtains in the room that made for very peaceful sleep after a late night at the county fair. No streetlights leaking in.
