They took me and my 3 boys to the local hotel and made sure tow man had everything he needed when towing again to dealership....they did all this for me and did not even charge me because I was in such a horrible situation. I left my car in ellensburg and they towed it back to Hermiston, repaired the problem and then towed my rental car back. Great service! After my dad passed away, I offered to pay the rest of the money for the car to be worked on. (And my dad already paid $4,400) I was rejected for making a payment and said I could pay afterwards then told it would be done within 3 months. It's been 4 months. When I called last month, I was told that it would be done by last week. When I called no one knew the answer if it was done then said I'd receive a call back. I've called 8 times since then and left messages. I even texted one of the owners. It's ridiculous that I'd have to post anything on social media to HOPE to get a call back. I will be there on Monday to pick up the Mustang since legally it's mine now and I'll make sure to bring proof. Please have it put together. See you Monday.

I went there today to rent a 2 1/2 inch core drill and was told it would cost…read more$124 for the machine, $81 for the core bit and $70 for the vacuum pump. Which would cost $275 for everything. Then went to Sun Rental in Walla Walla and paid $62 for the same core drill with the vacuum pump and paid $30 for the core 2 1/2 " core bit. Total $101.35 with tax. Less than half what you wanted at Eastern Oregon Rentals! Yes it cost me $30 for gas but still was half the price Eastern Oregon Rental & Sales wanted! What a RIP OFF here in Pendleton, Oregon. Why can't you support you locals?

Within a few weeks, our daughter was much more confident in her knowledge, as well as her driving abilities. I watched her flourish behind the wheel of her car and truly begin to enjoy driving without the overthinking and anxiety that came with it before. Said that they wouldn't be renting the 10 yd dump truck to us after all, that we'd reserved for over a month ago, because we were a cash customer. We had people arranged to work and then they pulled this. Then they showed with a 5 yd truck but had locked the keys in the truck so we couldn't use it that day. Then we discovered that they had a hole in the dump bed so it dribbled gravel all down the road, so we couldn't put more than 2 yds in it. THEN...I've called 4 times to get a receipt...NOTHING YET. This is a horrible operation. Go with Peterson CAT or someone more reputable.
