She had been renting through them for 3 months paying weekly. Upon contacting them she was told that she just needed to stop by and sign a new contract. We stopped in The Dallas, Oregon where the employee took the keys and refused to rent another car to her. Because of the urgent need to get to my appointment I offered to rent another car, but they refused to rent to me. I have excellent credit and have never rented from Enterprise. Thanks to Enterprise I missed my appointment for my cancer treatment. What a terrible business. I will never rent from this unprofessional company nor recommend it to anyone.

I remember traveling and when you got stuck a shop would help you out. I walked in explained the situation and asked if they can help I'd pay whatever they want. Lady looks at me with a who gives a sh&; look and says we're busy today. ( didn't see a single person working on anything) I drove across the street to Walmart bought a jack and stands then fixed the problem in 15min myself in their parking lot. You have a process I get it but helping people in rough situations is good for your business reputation. 15 min of time, making money and having someone praise the help is worth it.

After my dad passed away, I offered to pay the rest of the money for the car to be worked on. (And my dad already paid $4,400) I was rejected for making a payment and said I could pay afterwards then told it would be done within 3 months. It's been 4 months. When I called last month, I was told that it would be done by last week. When I called no one knew the answer if it was done then said I'd receive a call back. I've called 8 times since then and left messages. I even texted one of the owners. It's ridiculous that I'd have to post anything on social media to HOPE to get a call back. I will be there on Monday to pick up the Mustang since legally it's mine now and I'll make sure to bring proof. Please have it put together. See you Monday.

I went there today to rent a 2 1/2 inch core drill and was told it would cost…read more$124 for the machine, $81 for the core bit and $70 for the vacuum pump. Which would cost $275 for everything. Then went to Sun Rental in Walla Walla and paid $62 for the same core drill with the vacuum pump and paid $30 for the core 2 1/2 " core bit. Total $101.35 with tax. Less than half what you wanted at Eastern Oregon Rentals! Yes it cost me $30 for gas but still was half the price Eastern Oregon Rental & Sales wanted! What a RIP OFF here in Pendleton, Oregon. Why can't you support you locals?

Said that they wouldn't be renting the 10 yd dump truck to us after all, that we'd reserved for over a month ago, because we were a cash customer. We had people arranged to work and then they pulled this. Then they showed with a 5 yd truck but had locked the keys in the truck so we couldn't use it that day. Then we discovered that they had a hole in the dump bed so it dribbled gravel all down the road, so we couldn't put more than 2 yds in it. THEN...I've called 4 times to get a receipt...NOTHING YET. This is a horrible operation. Go with Peterson CAT or someone more reputable.
