She had been renting through them for 3 months paying weekly. Upon contacting them she was told that she just needed to stop by and sign a new contract. We stopped in The Dallas, Oregon where the employee took the keys and refused to rent another car to her. Because of the urgent need to get to my appointment I offered to rent another car, but they refused to rent to me. I have excellent credit and have never rented from Enterprise. Thanks to Enterprise I missed my appointment for my cancer treatment. What a terrible business. I will never rent from this unprofessional company nor recommend it to anyone.

I had to pay a differential$$$ for the pickup. After calling this location to try and find a sedan. I talked to Ethan over the phone. He was able to provide great customer service and was able to take the differential$$ off while renting the pickup truck. They took me and my 3 boys to the local hotel and made sure tow man had everything he needed when towing again to dealership....they did all this for me and did not even charge me because I was in such a horrible situation. After my dad passed away, I offered to pay the rest of the money for the car to be worked on. (And my dad already paid $4,400) I was rejected for making a payment and said I could pay afterwards then told it would be done within 3 months. It's been 4 months. When I called last month, I was told that it would be done by last week. When I called no one knew the answer if it was done then said I'd receive a call back. I've called 8 times since then and left messages. I even texted one of the owners. It's ridiculous that I'd have to post anything on social media to HOPE to get a call back. I went there today to rent a 2 1/2 inch core drill and was told it would cost…read more$124 for the machine, $81 for the core bit and $70 for the vacuum pump. Which would cost $275 for everything. Then went to Sun Rental in Walla Walla and paid $62 for the same core drill with the vacuum pump and paid $30 for the core 2 1/2 " core bit. Total $101.35 with tax. Less than half what you wanted at Eastern Oregon Rentals! Yes it cost me $30 for gas but still was half the price Eastern Oregon Rental & Sales wanted! What a RIP OFF here in Pendleton, Oregon. Within a few weeks, our daughter was much more confident in her knowledge, as well as her driving abilities. I watched her flourish behind the wheel of her car and truly begin to enjoy driving without the overthinking and anxiety that came with it before. Then we discovered that they had a hole in the dump bed so it dribbled gravel all down the road, so we couldn't put more than 2 yds in it. THEN...I've called 4 times to get a receipt...NOTHING YET. This is a horrible operation. Go with Peterson CAT or someone more reputable.
