Our child has been attending America's best Child Care and we have been consistently happy with the quality of care that she has received. The teachers are all incredibly warm, caring, and nurturing. They take the time to get to know each child individually and create a personalized learning experience for each one. My child has thrived at ABC and has made great progress in development. The classrooms are well-stocked with age-appropriate toys and materials. The staff is always vigilant in keeping the children safe and healthy. I highly recommend ABC to any parent looking for a high-quality and reasonably priced child care in the area. read more

Zero. Zero.Zero. Please explain to me how you are a child care center, yet you are closed on every school holiday, break, and teacher work day? If I had the luxury of taking days off when child care wasn't available I wouldn't need full time child care. Also, if you have a have a child that has ANY type of special needs, DO NOT bring them here! They will be singled out, bullied by the teachers (especially Tiffany) , and you will spend more time picking them up than they spend at the daycare...and they'll still get paid. read more

Today I picked up my son's belongings and officially cut ties with this place. Thank goodness. For those who don't want to read my entire post, rest assured for the past few weeks as we prepared to leave they had a sign posted asking for positive reviews for $20 with proof of posting. Anyways, the owner looked me in the eyes and complained about how they don't have enough teachers while a now enrolling sign stood out front. My son was regularly the "odd man out," because he's a special needs part-time student. We got calls and emails asking not to bring him in at times. And they started to hint that he needed one-on-one help. Pressed, they admitted that wasn't him... it was for their staffing levels. The final straw for me was when they made me sign a document that I "understood" it was unsafe for him to attend because he slurped puddle water. My son is caring, loving and understands the word "no." He doesn't hit or bite. His issue was he needs to be watched carefully. That's it. The place created an anxiety nightmare for my wife and I. We didn't want our son where he was unwanted, so we immediately searched for another daycare. But since they waited so long to sound the alarm that they didn't want him, the post COVID peak boom at daycares had taken place and we were on a waitlist at 8 places. Meanwhile, we felt like they were trying to push us out with remarks relayed through teachers -- never the owner, who they'd attribute them to -- about how he needed more one-on-one attention. My wife and I decided it's not fair to our son to continue sending him to a place that didn't want him, and she's reduced her work hours and we've found a slew of babysitters to fill the gap. It sucks, but it's better than this place. As for the owner, I hope she she reads this and is more thoughtful moving forward. Communication would have been nice. My final (and only) conversation with her was embarrassing, she was screaming as kids were over the fence playing. I walked away, it was clear she couldn't register the concerns I had as a parent. I hope others that still have their kids enrolled have a more pleasant experience than I did. read more

My review is based on a tour. My experience was limited to a tour because the owner rang too many bells for me to overlook. The things that stood out oddly to me was her obsession with my 4.5 year old playing the right way, lamenting the fact that she had to keep up with minimum wage for her staff and blurting out, "I'm a Trumper!" The owner was very fixated throughout the tour on my 4.5 year old "playing right". The entire visit while we're talking about schedule, meals and such, she would stop periodically to fuss over how my daughter was playing quietly in places that weren't a desk. My daughter was otherwise by herself, and not attempting to interact with the resting kids in another room. My daughter became so exasperated with her at one point that she waved her hands away and politely, but firmly told her, "NO THANK YOU." The owner just looked at me shocked. My daughter is well mannered, but she's not taking guff from people During the rundown over the contract the owner went over tuition increases. As in, "Tuition rises a little each Fall, because I have to keep up with minimum wage." Dang, way to make your services and staff valued. You get what you pay for. Weirdest of all I asked her about immunizations and it lead to her rambling on about "the gov't forcing us to do to much", it being illegal if I wanted to give my 15 mo baby a bottle (it's not), and her saying "I'm a Trumper. He's going to do great things...." Politics aside, when did it became remotely appropriate to discuss politics with business client's? I also thought it was inappropriate misquoting WA state childcare "rules" vs what's permissible for parents. Lastly it's these other reviews. There are four 5 star reviews dated 11/9/2015- the first and only positive reviews that also happen to be vague, but effusive. The wording of these reviews is nearly identical to the pitch I got from the owner and her staff during my tour- minus the minimum wage disparagement and Trumpvangelism. I would give more weight to the first review left for this place. read more

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. No Covid procedures is #1 that worried me. #2 No updates on kids daily or even weekly. No pictures or cameras. They let my kid cry to the point he couldn't breathe and didn't call me. They after 1 week started giving us a hard time, including saying we HAD signed a contract about schedules. We did but then made changes in our schedules bc When I first came to get them at 2 the first day they acted like it was odd (it's the middle of nap time) and I explained I could totally pick them up later. Then proceeded to pick them up at 4pm daily. Yesterday on Tuesday we were told we had to pick up no later than 2? But we updated verbally and made new work arrangements. Now when I call confused and having to shout bc all the noise in their background I got yelled at. Refused to be allowed to talk. Talked down to. And hung up on. They refused to answer the phone again and they refused service to my husband. So now we have to take off work to find a last minute plan this is costing us $500 a day this week of missed work. And we have paid them for the week already Via DCS so now I'm trying to cancel that payment. My husband is off work for the day and he might loose his job. We had reason to be aggravated and I can't believe this is a Christian school! BEWARE BEWARE ALSO THEY ARE JUDGMENTAL OF MT DEVELOPMENTALLY DELAYED CHILD WE MADE THEM. ERY AWARE OF. My two boys have grown up in these daycare, they have learned so much and I love having them in a loving christian environment. They staff are wonderful, loving teacher's, more like family. I would never put my children in any other child care center. read more

Awesome place to bring your kids. Teacher's are loving and make the kids and their families feel welcomed on a daily basis. I have 6 boys all have attended this center over the years. My oldest is 21 my youngest is 1. The boys love attending and they learn so much while having fun. The staff truly care for your children, it makes such a difference knowing your kids are well cared for when you can't be with them yourself. read more

My boys attended this wonderful daycare and now my grandchildren go there. The most loving and caring staff. I would highly recommend this daycare. Great learning environment . I have never gone on social media to blast any business but I have too on this one! I do NOT recommend anyone to take their child to America's Best Childcare in Everett off 132nd!! As most of you know I have adopted James who has Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. This daycare is suppose to be a "Christian" Daycare and let me tell you it's FAR FROM IT!!! They didn't want to take care of James anymore so on Aug. 11th I was told they are going to give me a 2 week notice. I figured if you don't want to take care of my child why would I leave him there for 2 more weeks so we made that day his last day. I paid them 3 weeks in advance so they owe me for a week and 3 days. Let me tell you the crap I have been going thru to try and get my money back!! I can never get thru to the owner or the director! I only have been communicating with a staff member. I was told last Friday it was mailed. I still have not received it. I called this morning and asked for them to put a stop payment and reissue me a new check and I will stop by in the morning on my way to work to pick it up. I was just called and told that Faith (the owner) said no that once the check gets returned she will then reissue another one. I don't think I am ever going to get a check! It's Funny how if you don't pay them by 10am on Friday mornings you will be charged a late fee!! Now I am being told that I had to pay the 2 weeks regardless and that Faith is being gracious on giving me a refund.... REALLY??? read more

This daycare has to be one of my boys favorite daycares! They have been there for a little over a year and absolutely love it! They really like the daily routine as well as meals. Very clean facility , friendly staff .Ive yet to be unhappy with this center. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. read more

Love this center, friendly, caring, loving staff from the moment your child walks through the door to the moment they are picked up. My children have always loved attending this center and don't want to leave sometimes because it is such a fun place to be. They offer an excellent program for each stage of your child. My children attended from the time they were infants (they no longer take infants. It starts at 12 months.) My boys are now 18, 16, 11, 8 and I have a new one that will attend when he is 12 months. They are well above expectations in care only giving the best. Most of the staff have been there the whole time and the owner is there frequently to oversee and assure things run smoothly. The children learn so much while being there and having fun. They all leave the program learning sign language, colors, shapes, numbers and if they go through the Pre-K program they will come out with basic reading and writing skills, I can't say enough about the program. read more

I've never experienced such an unprofessional establishment, and I'm sad to say that it was the place I chose for my child to receive care. One of the employees pursued an inappropriate relationship with the father of my child, and when I called to address my concerns with this - it took 2 months before I ever spoke to someone. I called 3 times. The director never made contact with me and it wasn't until I finally reached the office manager that I was able to express my worries of this being a conflict of interest and possibly affecting my child. The staff member gossiped about me, eavesdropped on phone conversations between my mother and other staff members, and caused a huge conflict in my child's family unit. I pulled my child out, and I haven't received an apology or had the director take any ownership for the discomfort I felt as a parent and the effect it has had on my son. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint with the state. read more
