After completing the job I submitted pictures and the resident confirmed the job was completed accordingly. Fast forward 3 plus weeks. I have not received a payment for the work completed. I tried reaching out to their HR department multiple times with no answer and no return call. The next day I receive a call from HR and spoke to mike. I explained to him I did not receive payment for work completed. I submitted pictures as well as the work order that was submitted to my email as proof. Mike then sent me a text message with an email link to their Finance department.I then sent an email explaining the above situation. Once again no response. I then demanded that day respond to my email and submit payment for the work order I completed immediately or I would take further action. After that email I then received a response later that day asking me for my zelle information. I then responded and sent my zelle information.And of course the zelle never came. After much frustration I reached out again to their finance department. I asked him where my missing payment was? They then explain to me yesterday that they would send it by the end of the day. Today is Friday May 8th. I have not received any payment. If you operate with integrity and want to protect your business. Stay away from Miracle Pros. They are Just another scam company that takes advantage of its contractors. Also FYI I did a business search in Texas and their LLC came up as not active. Mr Carlos Sosa stated he could come at 6:30 am, 12 pm or 5pm/6 pm. I agreed to 5 pm. The movers were stuck on another job at 5 pm and I was told they would arrive soon. At 6 :30 pm I was told they were 5 minutes away. They arrived at 8:30 pm. Because of this I missed another appointment.They request you pay $190 as soon as they arrive to guarantee they get paid for 2 hours. I requested a stop at my storage which was 2 minutes along the way to my new location. I was told $40, agreed to $25 extra. The movers were very young, but very careful with items. They drove slower than Mr Magoo. I was unable to put stuff in storage and now have to hire someone else to come get the items that do not fit!!!! Was told it was my fault for not sticking to the 12 pm time. WOW!! Would not recommend this company to anyone.
