STAY AWAY! DO NOT let the agent buying or selling your home use this company! They are incompetent and are out for their own financial gain. In providing a termite inspection, Albert instead looked for work the be done, much like providing a bid, instead of giving an unbiased bid of termite damage. He was unable to fit in the crawl space (12" clearance as is required) and requested the owners "excavate" the soil to provide him clearance. He also recommended that the deck wood be replaced- THE DECK IS NOT WOOD! Albert recommended over $5,000+ worth of work to be done. Please use RCB Inspection* Jeff is qualified and knowledgeable. He recommended a couple spot treatments and was able to differ between wood and NOT wood. read more

I called Rob on Tuesday to see when will I get the Termite Certificate. He responded by sorry were not able to go out because we are behind schedule. Now, new appt. is given and promised to be completed on Wednesday. I . understand things happen.. so I said sure, please make sure it's done on Wednesday. Called Rob on Friday to see if I can get the certificate to close my escrow as that's the only thing I need. His response! Oh, We were not able to go out on Wednesday but we'll "TRY" to get it done if we can. I got a little upset because no one called to inform me. I told him, if the job is not completed today, I need to cancel the contract because escrow is being held up due to termite clearance. ROB tells me, "go ahead and cancel the contract," I was like What? What kind of business are you running? He gets offended by my comments and starts to argue, then hangs up! After calling numerous places who couldn't do it til maybe the next day or next week he was the only one who could send someone out that day. I was going through a refinance and this was the only thing pending to close, he was reliable, honest and affordable. I was so pleased with the guy Albert that went out there to do the inspection. They came out as scheduled and did their job as far as the extermination I have no problem there, however when it came to returning and completing the job that's where they get the two stars. They were supposed to come back to install my baseboards and a month and a half later and my baseboards are still in my living room not installed. The first few times I called they promised to be back but the last time I called I had to leave a voicemail and it was never returned. read more

I was impressed with American Termite Solutions. I called and got a real person on the phone and when I asked about an estimate, he said he could come out the same day for an estimate. We had termites in large wood beams and wanted treatment done as soon as possible. He gave me a quote after the inspection. The price was great and more importantly, the work was done the next day. I had called a larger termite company, it took 8 days for them to come, then it would be a week before I received an estimate. ATS tented the house next door. During a wind storm some planks to the fencing came down. When we left to get materials, we saw our bikes and ATS workers. But when we got home, the workers and bike were gone. Upon calling, the manager owner was rude and argumentative and refused to investigate. Warning! ATS will not take responsibility for damage done to your house while servicing it. The day ATS took the tent off my house the pipe between the pool pump and filter was broken in two places and flooded the side of the house. It was obvious that someone stepped or dropped something on the pipe while taking down the tent. ATS would not take responsibility refused to pay for the damage. read more
