Im just glad they were able to come out so fast, find the issue and fix the issue before our business hours so that we could operate our restaurant. I can't thank you guys enough for your help today and how much it means for us to open our business! Would 100% call again for any issues and recommend as well. Pricing is pretty expensive but because this was an emergency case I completely understand and it was still reasonable compared to other companies.

I understand service calls have overhead, but I feel strongly that a charge this significant should be communicated clearly at the time of scheduling, not after the technician has already been to my home and the work is done. They recommended I contact APS... who arrived pretty quick - turns out those type of issues inspire 1st responder like "show up times"... Andrew, Chandler and Jim (APS tech) - worked together to replace the melted wire and insured the connection was secure. This was a serious issue, so much so that in cases like this, Jim is required to deactivate power to the property until the wire is repaired. In addition to the potential of causing a house fire, the issue could have caused a wildfire (the property is at the base of Granite Mountain). Thank guys - you're life savers!

Erick tested everything, told me that they were all fine but that the wattage of the two appliances plugged into one counter outlet was just too much for what the breaker could handle and that was why I cannot run them at the same time on the same outlet. He assured me he had worked with this product before and was confident he could do the job. When it rained, after his installation, water came pouring through the two holes where the light and ceiling fan work was done and the light shorted out and tripped the breaker. I sent Mark a text on august 8th, with a video showing the water coming though, and got no response. I called about a month later (we were on vacation) and he didn't answer but on September 18th he sent me the following text: "Good Morning Sir. I am currently in a psychiatric hospital and have been for a couple of months. I just got to see my phone. I will return your call when I am permitted to do so. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause". I then found the company who originally installed the patio cover and had a rep. come out to see if he can fix the problem caused by Mark. Mark had created two holes on top of the patio cover and ran a wire up one hole and down the other. He did not put the wire in conduit, leaving it exposed to the elements, and he did not even attempt to caulk the holes. I'm now having to bring in another electrician to correct Marks terrible work.
