He returned our phone call, he called before he arrived to let us know he was 30 minutes out. Once here he worked to problem solve the issue for us. He was able to figure out that our control board is bad. Although we still have the same electronic issues, Kevin was able to override the control board so we can move our slide in & out and open and close the awning. That's what we have here. All of the above. They told me they weren't the cheapest and aren't trying to be, they are the best and they don't cut any corners. All the others used "just enough" to get it done for you. Get more than you need with this kind of hook up. If not, it could cost you the house and all your belongings. With that said the price honestly was VERY reasonable and not much more than the others. I would highly recommend these guys!
