The ribs (Pen's House Ribs) were fall-off-the-bone tender with a flavor that hit all the sweet and savory notes.  The sauce is perfection, but they stand alone without it too!   The sides were just as impressive. The mac and cheese was rich and creamy with a panko crunch, the green beans were seasoned beautifully, and the rice and beans were full of flavor and cooked to perfection.  All of them complemented the chicken and ribs very nicely, and together with the BBQ it was the perfect amount of food for our family of 5 (though I could have eaten the chicken and ribs forever). And let's talk about the delivery, because that can make or break any meal, especially BBQ -- not only was it on time, but it was hand-delivered with care, arriving at the perfect temperature like it just came out of the kitchen. Every bite tasted fresh and made-to-order. You can taste the love and craft in every dish. Pendragon's Smokehouse is a must-try - absolutely soul-satisfying food -- and we can't wait to order again!

The food was amazing -so delicious and so much of it! cooked to perfection. several of the guests are restaurant people -who are finicky when it comes to food- no complaints or comments!! They loved it! Everyone had 2nds and thirds. Great food and service! The price for 50 guests was very reasonable. the only thing I would recommend is to have your own table or an area to put the leftovers when the guys are breaking it down. I wasn't prepared but they did help me bring everything inside and make room on a side table. I will totally use this company again .

My worker then started his own order when the cook grumpily told him he "can't be having multiple orders" to which i corrected him telling the first one was mine. Yeah, weird thing to say to customers who may have multiple orders. He shrugged it off without an apology. The cashier was professional and assisted. The food unfortunately was lacking. All the meats (wings, brisket and ribs) were dry like they were left from the day before and simply warmed up. I ordered for pieces of cornbread to which all were corner pieces. The mac and cheese was a decent as it was going to be. The beans were the best part of the meal. Again, this was unusual so we will likely be back but not for lunch in case they start the days with left overs meats again.
