Sharp looking black rig. Don Smith might be the funniest and most knowledgeable septic tank cleaner on the planet. He's got a MS in BS or so he says. Getting turds sucked out of your yard shouldn't be this much fun, but Don makes it that way.

Scheduling has always been easy, they arrive right on time, and the team is knowledgeable and courteous. I then started to receive texts from Ability Septic saying that they were on their way. I replied to the text and asked why it was Ability and not Stark, but received no reply. I called Stark, and they told me that they were bought out, and Stark and Ability were sister companies under some larger corporation. The use of "Stark's" good name was deceptive, in my opinion. Don't pretend to be one company, send a different one, and never reply to text messages. I cancelled the service but received the same old song and dance about being a family company and "we'd love to help you out". They even had one of their workers (a very nice person) call me and ask me to reconsider. Nope. Not a great way to start a relationship with a new/old customer.

When an hour after that time window passed, we called the company, they informed us they were not able to be out that day due to light rain. We had to be the ones to initiate the conservations to find out where this service was. Which means the person who was responsible for being at the residence to be there for the workers, lost a days pay and they did not seem to care at all. Then a second chance was given, when the company provided us with a time and date to be at the residence so another day of work was taken off, again with no pay from their original mistake. Once again, the time block they gave us passes, no show yet again. We then again had to initiate the call to find out what the delay was. They informed me that they made some sort of error that we were not on the schedule, and there is nothing they could do about it. I will NEVER recommend this service again, to anyone at all, unless you have no life and can sit around for whenever they decide to show.
