I finally called the Folsom Burger PT and they immediately answered the phone and were extremely helpful. Needless to say, I would never use the Rancho facility of Burger since they can't even answer their phones or return messages. I don't trust any business establishment that is unresponsive like that. Fortunately, the Folsom branch seems like it is much more on the ball and I'll be going there.

We have seen a big improvement with our child in such a short amount of time. He loves attending speech and always has a blast. Every kid in there is happy and learning. Our therapist is Ms. Maggie, but it is nice that the other therapist know my son and welcome him in as well. It is just a really warm, caring environment. We love it!

We said fine and saw the speech therapist on 11/2. After ONE session, we were notified that the speech therapist was leaving TES so no more sessions for my son. Naturally I was not happy with them wasting all this precious time for my two year old. I urged them to notify my insurance as soon as possible that they had discharged my son so we can find him a new speech therapist that my insurance would pay for. Another month later, insurance company told me they heard no word from TES. Still no speech therapy for my two year old as of today. I called TES and obviously they are avoiding my phone calls (because my husband called from an anonymous number and they picked up right away). I'm sure many kids had a good experience with TES but you just never know if your experience would end up like mine if you choose them.

I have seen so many great gains and progress in many of her patients.. She's quite amazing. Shes flexible and willing to do her best to work around your schedule to find good times to make appointments. She's also willing to work with other professionals that are helping the children (I.e., their teachers, counselors, psychologists, etc.) to ensure each child has the best outcome possible. They are both fabulous. I have seen a huge improvement in my sons speech as well as his confidence. They make speech therapy fun. Both therapists we have take their time and have adapted to my sons specific needs. They call me with a weekly reminder which as a busy mom of four I appreciate. They have always worked with our schedule when we have needed to adjust. I bring my toddler along with me and I appreciate the books, toys, coloring pages they have in the lobby while we wait. Also his favorite stickers. It is a nice office complex that we often walk around while we wait.
